40-Minute Spicy Vinyasa Yoga Practice with Pistol Squats by Nicole Wild

- RUclips fam! I'm so happy to share another flow with you. Today's practice is meant to be challenging but approachable for all-levels. We warm up, flow through several challenging but funky sequences, + then land in Savasana. Have 2 blocks nearby if you've got them - as we'll play with several Pistol Squat variations throughout today's practice!

I would really love to see a short series of drills for advanced transition kinda like your series for handstands. Just some smaller movements we can practice to build up to pulling our knees through etc

Such fun. Loved wild thing to half moon, great stuff. I would personally love to see some more 40-45 minute classes. I don’t always have the stamina for a full hour and it feels like just enough on those days. thanks for your amazing contribution to the yoga universe.

OMG I LOVE this class!! After many years of regular yoga practice, it can be difficult to find classes that feel fresh, exciting, and continue to challenge my strength... but this practice was awesome! Will definitely be returning to this one.
Personally, I love strength-focused practices (which you did in this class!), as well as classes with inversion/arm balance opportunities. Also, I'd be interested in seeing more pistol squats in future classes (just because I'm currently pretty bad at them and would like to get better!).
I really enjoyed this class.. Would love more straight forward vinyasa for days that I just want to move and not really arm balance etc.
