Awesome! Thanks for these 2 vids. My mirror came loose in the garage yesterday. I was like, great! What next, then i remembered i had seen these vids earlier. I watched again and was able to catch my breath. Not that big a deal to fix. I shared with one of my buds who also has a loose mirror on his car. 👊👊 Have you updated your interior cabin lights? Found an inexpensive way to do it using VW lights for $7 piece from a wrecking yard, newer lights with LED upgrade and no Porsche tax🙄🙄. Keep em coming. 👍👍👊👊
Your welcome, glad to know they helped! Thanks 4 sharing the vids also, that’s awesome. I did get a led bulb 4 the front cabin light, but that’s it. Still planned on doing something though cause they are not good. VW upgrade sounds like a cool/good idea! And ya, no Porsche tax.
@@rybreadification Ryan, can you direct me to the triangle piece that fits in the base. I found the washers on either end of the spring but pelican not showing the triangle nor is my other go to, 928sRus. I wouldn't think this would be different between models as they look to be the same mirror across models. Thanks!
Thanks Karin! That’s interesting you don’t have one. I understand why they used to leave them off. I hardly ever use mine. Only when backing up in a tight spot.
@@rybreadification I think you are right about that. My father’s 1965 356 only has one mirror but he bought it at the factory in Stuttgart and shipped it back.
Oooh, 356, nice!…and he shipped it home, that’s cool. He must have really liked it! He probably has all these people telling him they should have done that.
Very helpful, thanks. I have to do the same to my mirrors and now I know how.
Your welcome! It’s cool to hear my video helped. Thanks 4 the comments Jacob!
Great guide !!! Stellar.
Thanks! Thanks for the comment!

Sure, I’ll look it up here and get back to you
Nice job! I don’t have a passenger side mirror.

@@rybreadification I asked the question in one of the FB groups and it seems that having the passenger side mirror was an upgraded option.
So I have the “fancy” 2 side mirror package! I think new cars need them by law now, but I’m not sure.
