Well done in upping your property presentation game. it`s only $260K which isn`t considered high end for most diasporans but the aesthetics were nice. No careless unfinished areas or tools laying around. Eden, you have to set the standard so the next time a developer wants you to market their high end property, i.e over $1M, make sure the small details are on point, or refuse to show the property. I hope this is the new standard going forward.
Well it’s just me, so I would love this as a second property in Africa for a vacation spot for my large family. Raising my expectations!!!!! Thanks, Confidence. God assured me years ago I’d meet you and close on a home there near term. Blessings. Marlene Tucker👍😂😂👍👍👌👌
@edenoasis, Tremendous presentation/video. I love the facade of it!! Ur truly Africa's finest real estate agent/broker. I'm from Tanzania, in 🇺🇸. I hope to visit 🇳🇬 and build villas like those in Dar Es Salaam 🇹🇿. Hope you'd able to show case amazing villas in other countries of Africa!! 🔥🔥🔥🚀🚀🚀
Nigeria and Ghana please build homes that have a fkn garden. Be unique! That being said, nice house but not for me. Though in Ghana this house would be $1million for no dmn reason.
@@joye5761 it's a suggestion fam, and this person is right, you lagosians will be crying FLOOD O, FLOOD, but to leave some space for a lawn to absorb water is too much for you to accept. anyhow sha, once the rainy seasons come, just expect the floods to swallow this mansion whole while i chill on the mainland🤣
West Africans focus too much on the shiny shiny stuff. Imagine this house on some hectares of land with some grass. You get me ? Do you guys just live a life of indoors ?
Hello! First, let's talk about this property located in one of Africa's premier cities, Lagos, where land and housing costs are generally at a premium. Here's some informative insight: - A plot of land in this estate costs 320 million Naira ($220,000). - A hectare (15 plots) would cost 4.8 billion Naira ($3,200,000). Would you be willing to invest over 5 billion Naira (over $3.5 Million) for this same house? If you are, please feel free to get in touch with us with your funds ready, and we will be delighted to build this house for you on one hectare of land in this estate.
@@edenoasismy issue with these type of houses is that they cramp the spaces too much and sacrifice privacy which is the most important thing to these clients
The developer didn’t seem to put much effort into it; the house on the right looks almost the same. Nigerian houses are just cramped together with hardly any space between them. The pool placement is absolutely terrible-no space or privacy, not somewhere I’d want to swim. And the kitchen design is just awful.
I am very sure that after your un-constructive criticism. YOU STILL CAN NOT AFFORD TO BUY IT. in fact, none of your families combined can afford to buy it. It is always people who can't afford what rich buy that criticize what the rich has. Anyway go and enjoy your face me and face you Jobless graduate.

I need more space and am afraid of water in future, if I can get this house in another States not in lagos

400m for 2 car park and no green area, ahhhhh 😮
Once someone pays, the house is automatically theirs right?
It’s not renting
👍
If you submit this for your Degree in England Na fail.
😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨
Only 2 car parks!!!! Not enough and the sides are too small. For that money, the front and sides should be expansive. Inside is great though.

This is Nigeria 🇳🇬 don’t involve your country or any country into it 😊.

Go and develop your own let's see how it looks like...also put more effort..oo nonsense
And how is house in New York?
@@logan4114 Very un-constructive criticism, it is because you can't afford it.
Why is like that?? Because if you have money to build such a house, you must have enough to buy spacious land for you to build your dream house!
Abeg you should put on the price tag only sold to ‘yariba people’ because any Igbo man with sense should never invest in Lagos again .
Buy this house just to wake up to find yourself floating in a flood
It’s not for people like you 😊.
