Eden respect... I see and like what you did. This is to show other realtors that you're N1....... They can show the house but you kill the deal. Congratulations
EO I like you for your hard work and resilience in what you do I’m so proud of you you’re the typical African woman who knows what she wants. Kudos to you 👏👏👏👏👏❤
So nice that it was good enough for a whole European to buy...maybe one day, I'll see a video describing how a house in Europe was so nice that an African bought it. I've been watching this channel for some time, though not religiously, so I've certainly missed enough videos, but this is the first one I've seen involving prospective buyers, one of whom happens to be European...what progress we're making, what a wonderful mindset. 🤮
Thank you for this. People from different ethnicities and backgrounds buy houses everyday. There is nothing special about it except that it may be an achievement for the buyer.
Africans especially Nigerians buy houses everytime in Europe, I know some Nigerians who have mansions in Belgium that some whites can't afford, all over Europe I can say Nigerians are the most blacks that own mansions
True, but think about it: Australia has better infrastructure, safety, and property value growth. In Nigeria, the government might just wake up one day, build public toilets on your land, and say, “Deal with it.” At least in Australia, they’d pay you for it-probably with a smile.
@@thatwakandaboy Stop demarketing Nigeria. The government builds on its lands, not on private properties. If you do your due diligence, you will not run afoul of the government laws. And if your land is taken because of an overriding public interest, as enshrined in the land use act, you get your compensation as long as your documents are intact. Go to the Ministry of Land and Housing at Alausa, do your due diligence before paying for any property. There is safety and infrastructure in Lagos, and property value keeps rising. Stop projecting your negative view about Nigeria on everyone.
I like Confidence a lot, but she’s oblivious of something; Nigeria got better houses & real estate than all the European countries combined. Even here in America, houses in Nigeria are well built compared to the wooden ones we got here. This house is nice, but the compound ain’t well structured. Well done Confidence for the sale. More to come.
if only they knew. Houses in US and Canada ain't half what Nigerian houses are. Plus the rigidity as well compared to the over-insulated walls and stuff in North America
Abi oo. She needs to travel and see the kind of homes many westerners live in, she will be shocked.....I think some parts of South America build their homes similar to Nigeria- big mansions with landscaping and fences
Not all houses in America are wooden. The fact is you will see beautiful houses in any country you just have to know where to go. This house looks very nice. The one thing Nigerian homes often lack is a green area. Not all of the land space should be concrete. The architect did a good job.
The glass would break, this is perfect. Must Nigerians always see something wrong, if dem give una the project now, una no go fit do am reach half. Appreciate the house joor
Hi Eden Beautiful house and lovely presentation as always. Can you help me get in touch with Mr Seun. I need this design plan of this house pls, I’d love to replicate it for myself in Abuja. I’m serious about this, let me know pls
For the people saying abroad houses are small must be living in a council houses. In the uk alone their houses that has minimum of 5 bedrooms in some areas with swimming and mass garden. It depends on what you want and what you can afford any country not to talk of the United States with mansions around the country that worth billions in Nigerian currency even the maintenance of this properties alone per year is enough to buy a house in Nigeria. In the west you pay monthly council house which means your streets are clean daily and the roads and drainage systems are maintained, but in Nigeria none of this happen. Lack of maintenance is a pandemic in Nigeria system of governance. Also your property is not guaranteed. It can be demolished at any time by the state of federal government any given time if the area wants to be used for some government plans. First of all the streets is not greeny also you have to rely on generators to power your electricity with toxic fumes like carbon monoxide. Nigeria has a long way to go. First of all the government needs to invest massively on power generation and parks in local government.
when you said : "Am sure you have seen this where you come from"..... you need to stop that fantasy, majority of europeans or anywhere in the world don't live in house that look like this. you need to calm down. reality is not iron man movies.
I would replace that garden under the stairs with a pond with fishes. The dishwashing station is too far away from the cooker. Cabinet at the top is waste of space (Tall or short I don't see a need of putting things up there when there's also cabinets at the bottom of that sitting space). The pool having that gap on the left is not a good design, actually might be dangerous for any serious swimmer. Rectangular pool with the jacuzzi/tub at the top center, and maybe a small pathway from the main pool to the tub would have been better instead of the tub to the right with a small space between the pool and the tub (Another waste of space). I don't get the sliding doors in the bathroom lol. What if I'm taking a shower and my partner is taking a dump? Who'll have their door closed? I get trying to do something new but if you have a big space for the bathroom then there's no need for separation with that thick wall. I would break down that wall if I buy the house. Outside of all that, the house looks descent.
@Youme aka Bison, I'm sure you have come across something they call "paint". You can put green or black floor tiles when you build yours and paint your POP orange like an ice cream factory abi Disneyland. In interior design, clients choose what they want. Get an interior designer to change it to your preference. It's easier and affordable to paint over white than ice cream colors.
Not true. We Nigerian don't even like having open spaces in our house. We would rather choke up the backyard with BBQ and interlock the little front yard.
I'm sure you have seen this where you are coming from"😂l dont think so!😅A Nigerian man when he heard the guy does the cooking.🙄😱🙆😀.Are they buying or bought the house or you are just using them for promotion?Wait till you see the primary bedroom, shows they are just seeing the house for the first time....Nice home nonetheless. Cheers.
He experiemented with quite a lot in that house. My take and this can be changed though: 1. The home is that big but there isn't an elevator? If I would pay close to $400k, I might not feel like taking the stair some days 2. The stair also looks poorly design, like it adsorbs moisture. Would it last the taste of time? 3. Kids and soil the the living areas do to go well, and who does gardening in their living space 4. be gist area in the kitchen but it feel a little uncomfortable forcing you to have a straight back in the sitting possible 5. Midgets are out of options for this one else they will need a chopper to get their plates from the top shelfs 6. $400k and I don't get heating lol and cooling or even a pre built cinima lol, those stuff cost cost some N15million to install 7. He should have been more prepare for the showing and and at least clean the pool 8. The art in the ceiling area looks very poorly done 9. The paint job can be better Beautiful Job at the end of the day
Thank you for watching.

This house is actually insane

a whole European, how peculiar and different could they be

Well done sister just secured your generational wealth! I’m all for it baby
I literally saw this house on 3 realtors pages on Instagram. So like this then don lose out. The hustle no easy
Omoo and I was eyeing this house o…person don buy am😭😂
Eyah. You could have bought it.
Lol nawao. There's another one for 350m sha even cheaper. You can buy that one
Can you show us that?
It's amazing how 650million gets you a mansion in Nigeria. But in Australia, $600,000 gets you small 3 bedroom house..How sad!😢

You guys need your guns back. Those prices are robbery.

This is beautiful ❤️
Houses in Nigeria are better built compared to the cookie cutter homes we have in America built of wood.
This’s a nice design, especially the “kitchen” which is not always the best in most of Nigerian home designs.
The balustrade of the staircase should have been replaced with a glass
Yes, that took some shine away from the aesthetics.
It stood out to me too. The finishing wasn't smooth
The finishing too bumpy
Nahhh this is perfect
The glass would break, this is perfect. Must Nigerians always see something wrong, if dem give una the project now, una no go fit do am reach half. Appreciate the house joor
Immagin this house

Wow❤❤
When i will buy my own, this will be old!
At usual, nigerian builders and clean finishing are like oil and water
Where are they coming from….heaven?
Congrats on closing a deal
I'm wondering, to purchase this property what are the payment options? ? 💭
I don't like the dark color of the stairs
Me too, but then it fits the exterior of the building.
Did you hire these people?
I almost gave the video an 8 out of 10 until i saw white floor, white walls, white ceilings.

Come onnnnnnnn 😂❤
Frankly this doesn't look like home - it doesn't give that home vibes - more like 5* hotel.
So much inferiority complex in this video. This “European” appears to be from Italy. Confidence - have you seen Italian homes???
Help me tell am

Confidence when 're u going 2 have a property that 'll have like 10 years payment plan? This 12 months and 18 months does not work 4 everybody.
This is way overpriced for a house in Ajah
