For over a million dollars, should be giving more than this. Anyone who knows quality can see the cheap counters in the kitchen which give IKEA vibes, there many other details which are basic standard. For that price you get much better abroad

Great building and neighborhood but wrong price point. banks primarily but also the developer are both walking away with a lot of investor's potential gains. with that price point they are doing a disservice to their target markets. it might be too high for some but not premium of an investment for those with the money.

You must be mistaken. These apartments are not worth more than $100,000 USD at most. With $1.1 million USD, you could purchase a more desirable apartment in a developed country that provides a safe, conducive environment and first-class amenities, such as those found in the USA.

I hope there are elevators in these buildings. The kitchen are great but the primary bedrooms are too long , there is enough room to have 2 walk-in closets instead of one closet that is just big enough for one person. I like the balconies especially the wrap around balconies. Ikoyi is the best place to live in Lagos Island, followed by VI.

I don't have a million dollars now, but even when I do, I can NEVER spend $1 million on a 3-bedroom apartment in Lagos, Nigeria. There is no reliable policing, no emergency health services, constantly flooded roads/streets, bad roads, and a small airport where every corrupt official harasses you for bribes.
1.1M gets you into some of the best locations in the US where your investment is not going to be decimated by inflation, plus you can trust the build quality.
