Yo I gotta find this money for this property...it was the staircase and that waterfall for me...dam it like I never work hard enough because I suppose to move into this house like now now..lol
Looks like finishing is hard to do for our artisans or is it a case of cheap labour? Because why would such an expensive house have wall paint blemishing the door frames??
White wall, white floor, white ceiling with a lemon green kitchen, sometimes they get it right and sometimes its like the supervisor or whoever makes the last decision does not know what he or she is doing. Whatever happened to black or brown floors and mixed match wall colors like grey and white or cream and grey walls instead of white. Now the paint stains on the doors or edges tells me no one cares about final touches and inspections, na why houses abroad dey trip us.
My thoughts exactly, either the artisans are not good enough, or the developers don't care. To make matters worse, it's a standard on more than 90% of nigeran homes shown on RUclips. A property was advertised a few months ago with visible cracks on the skirting boards all the way up the stairs.
Nice presentation as usual. However, the developer gave Zero thought to functionality. From the overly high ceilings to the Ugly lime colored kitchens, the slim prison windows, single vanity in the Master bedroom and the pipes used for upstairs banisters is meant for outdoor use. While I understand that the land was probably overpriced, the house design could have been better thought out.
Good thing is good and I desire it. But let me ask, anyone who will live in this house of 180 million will never die anymore? The house didn’t worth the price tag.
The price as 130 million naira for four bed and 180 million naira for five bed American money issues 1.3 million US dollars for four bed and 1.8 million US dollars for five bed
Please I'm sure you know that 180,000,000 can do better than this seriously this house is really not worth the price ... You've toured houses and I hope you also tell these property owners that they really need to do better thank you
If she does she loses out on the commission and advertising fees... Nigeria developments are all money money and more money, no tots about any other thing
My thoughts exactly. but remember the 180m is just the asking price. what the house eventually sells for will tell us what people think it's truly worth
This money is kind of a waste for this price in Nigeria. This same money can get you a 2 bedroom in Dubai, it will appreciate in value in a year, you can also lease it on Air BnB and make more money.

So when they were making that Lemon cabinets in the kitchen, not one person said..." nah this is looks horrible in this home" 😭 😫
I didn’t know why it’s the new colour for cabinets, I hate like mad
I almost vomitted when I saw it.... Them no try at all
I swear my thought
😂😂😂😂... The lady's vibe is gone as she enter the Kitchen 😂😂😂 lemon cabinet spoil de vibe
Did they really use the floor tiles for the walls as well? 😫😫 Like the green cabinets weren't bad enough.
There are wall tiles that also comes with the same designs as the floor tiles……

Please, please forgive me, BUT is the Master suite overlooked?

and the unnecessary water flowing from the top. poorly executed 🤣🤣
As a tile professional I hate when these people say marble tiles this is NOT marble tiles its porcelain tiles made to look like marble,
Bless you, i didn't think they were marble.
The you have 7m house 🏠 please
Whilst I appreciate the concept of this built, I am sorry but it is lacking entirely in outdoor space and vegetation.
Yea, it lacks greenly. Developers needs to put that into consideration
Nigeria development is all about making money, not necessarily practicalities or livability
Nice but an open gutter spoils it
That 4 bedroom duplex is off for that price
I think this is 5 bedroom but your right. the median price for this property in that area is around 160m
Both the indoor and outdoor waterfalls are unnecessary 😑. Why don't Nigerian homes have garages to park the cars
300000 dollars for this house?...it's a No for me.
180m naira that....mba
lovely video but too long she needs to hit the right words the video will do the rest
Swimming in that pool and inhaling generator fumes at the same time. Nah
Where are the vegetations??
please visit your local village for vegetation.
Plant your own vegetations simple!
Good thing is good and I desire it.
But let me ask, anyone who will live in this house of 180 million will never die anymore?
The house didn’t worth the price tag.
Pls it’s a water fountain not waterfall..a waterfall is natural water flowing from a cliff or mountain..
lol waterfall sounds more appealing to her I guess

The kitchen cabinet is a No No for me

This house is not for you jor
bro what is this? even though I agree it's overpriced the whole point is to get investment in Nigeria lol why cares about Dubai
I'm sorry, but for a home of this magnitude, the size of the kitchen and the Island is disappointing.
Land is premium for those lekki and chevron areas
Everything in the house is awesome but I hate the kitchen, that colour looks childish
Please reply me😘
Finishing isn't great
at all
I hate seeing those fake green on the floor.. irritates me
