    Looks like finishing is hard to do for our artisans or is it a case of cheap labour? Because why would such an expensive house have wall paint blemishing the door frames??

    • @MajorrBison
      @MajorrBison 2 года назад

      White wall, white floor, white ceiling with a lemon green kitchen, sometimes they get it right and sometimes its like the supervisor or whoever makes the last decision does not know what he or she is doing. Whatever happened to black or brown floors and mixed match wall colors like grey and white or cream and grey walls instead of white. Now the paint stains on the doors or edges tells me no one cares about final touches and inspections, na why houses abroad dey trip us.

      @pakicassava 2 года назад

      My thoughts exactly, either the artisans are not good enough, or the developers don't care. To make matters worse, it's a standard on more than 90% of nigeran homes shown on RUclips. A property was advertised a few months ago with visible cracks on the skirting boards all the way up the stairs.

  • @NeeMiola
    @NeeMiola 2 года назад +10

    Nice presentation as usual. However, the developer gave Zero thought to functionality. From the overly high ceilings to the Ugly lime colored kitchens, the slim prison windows, single vanity in the Master bedroom and the pipes used for upstairs banisters is meant for outdoor use.
    While I understand that the land was probably overpriced, the house design could have been better thought out.

    The house didn’t worth the price tag.

    This money is kind of a waste for this price in Nigeria. This same money can get you a 2 bedroom in Dubai, it will appreciate in value in a year, you can also lease it on Air BnB and make more money.
