Thanks for another superb inspirational content. As a young Nigerian I'm looking forward to building a sustainable business that will impact the economy of this Nation in a positive light and I'm always delighted to receive inspiration from young Nigerians doing great in their field of endeavors.
I fully understand what the young man is saying about the realities of Nigeria, and him having to build roads and functional homes for people who would not otherwise have a way to acquire a home. I just hope though that these young entrepreneurs would make the utmost effort to set out more space for landscaping. You can not just pave the entire country and think that is cute. It is not just a quality of life issue but also a functional one. If you want to have water and cool down the temperature you have got to fit in green spaces, and lots of them. Otherwise you will just be building a country from brutes that will collapse.
I don't understand what you're trying to say but I don't think Lagos has problems with water or temperature issues. As for trees, I agree. There should be more vegetation.
@@PepTalkTillYouDrop Lagos does not have problem with temperature issues? Lagos is hot as hell, and if you keep cementing the entire city you will be boiling. And the water that you get from wells will dry out.

Amazing and Inspiring.... Kudos to Tayo Aina and Team.... Really this Young Man made 15 years look like 50 years. To have achieved all He did within that space of time is commendable.....
We need to change the "Mindset" of Africans. "We keep blaming the elders but the younger generation are even worse". All too true. This is one very smart chap.
I like his mindset especially with fixing the road himself, after being asked if that's not the government's job to do. He then say that's the country they are from so basically he had to do what will benefit his business in the long-term.
I've learnt quite a lot this video. I can relate well with what he said about telling people that the owner of the company is overseas. Sometimes, people (grown ups) have this disdain when they see that you're very young and you're in real estate. So telling them you work for someone would probably put their mind at rest and focus on the business at hand.
I'm so so inspired by this, I have always want to make it great in the real Estate With this video i will never give up till I make it to help others grow too.

Are you Nigerian?
@@fistandpen2505 The comment went straight over your head , did it ?
100% agree. Our obsession with concreting every and anything. Otherwise, he’s doing great
I don't understand what you're trying to say but I don't think Lagos has problems with water or temperature issues. As for trees, I agree. There should be more vegetation.
@@PepTalkTillYouDrop Lagos does not have problem with temperature issues? Lagos is hot as hell, and if you keep cementing the entire city you will be boiling. And the water that you get from wells will dry out.
The mindset!!!! africans we should change cz the world owes us nothing!!! love this guy way of reasoning..respect from Kenya
That is very inspiring. I dream on moving into real estate in the near future. Watching this makes me know that it is possible.
Very inspiring. This young man is driven with learning, improving and acquiring. His homes that he is building are very beautiful. God bless you and thank you for sharing
Wow from teaching in Jamb classes. This is really inspiring.
Could you kindly do an exclusive interview with him once more to give more insight into how he built his business from scratch
Very inspirational! Starting early on before you get overwhelmed with too many responsibilities is key.💎
I am inspired by the grace of God on him to be focused and knowing what he wants and need. Real estate as a young Architect is my dream. My prayer is that God will make someone like him and I cross part. It’s a win-win. I am obsessed with modern building with sustainable materials and designs.
This is amazing. its always good to hear stories like this one. Africans building something for themselves.
Super down to earth guy. Nice to see his success.
Super! super!! Awesome interview. This is so inspiring. I'm age mates with this guy and he's already living my dream😅
Mr.Nola Adetola is indeed a consummate real estate guru.He totally understands the business culture in Nigeria ,someone worth watching.
Nigeria is indeed the land of opportunities .A good start to unveiling the Newyear @Tayo Aina👍
This is the best interview ever!
Great man!
There's so much knowledge in this video!!!! Practically a handbook on how to think as an entrepreneur
I'm a Digital marketer, I market on WhatsApp, from this show, I have learned a lot all I want to say is Thanks and keep the good work up.
I’m the first and last here
Boss we are waiting for new videos for 2022 ,don't let's keep waiting for long
We are waiting oooh
I love real estate... all the real estate billionaires and trillionaires gather here 💯
I've learnt quite a lot this video. I can relate well with what he said about telling people that the owner of the company is overseas. Sometimes, people (grown ups) have this disdain when they see that you're very young and you're in real estate. So telling them you work for someone would probably put their mind at rest and focus on the business at hand.
Start today. 10 years from now you will be glad you did. Awesome video tayo we are going to share this on our Facebook messenger.
My boss…. The day I met him he was so humble
I am Tanzania and honestly I learn and enjoy alot from Nigerian Entrepreneurs ,,
Nice video Tayo, you are doing a great job. Please interview Ramos of Lagos in your next real estate video. We need to hear his story.
I'm so so inspired by this, I have always want to make it great in the real Estate
With this video i will never give up till I make it to help others grow too.
