@@LOESWARTZ I did get the LEEP, I didn't do as much research before as I did after but I'm pretty happy with my decision. I was put under during procedure and only a tad bit sore for the remainder of the day. It's been about two years now, no issues so far. All paps have been normal. I know there is a small risk of premature birth and inability to conceive afterwards but I already have a son and I am not worried about having anymore but I've also seen women who've had LEEP done and had healthy full term birth. I’ve had hpv 16 for years, had colposcopies a few times and then it seemed to go dormant for several years. Recently I ended up developing some odd lesions externally, my latest pap has shown it’s come back with HSIL and I’m due for a biopsies on both areas… any of these following procedures just make my skin crawl! I’ve had many surgeries in the past (lots of chronic health issues) but this freaks me out the most! 😫 What causes dormant hpv to suddenly resurface again?

I know it’s scary, but once it’s cin3 you are already past the point of trying to “cure” it. Please take my warning.
