Hi Dr., i use the brand pique tea for matcha. Is one serving a day ok? Is it possible to overdo it if i do two or three? I also use fermented green tea, japanese green tea, and passion fruit green tea from them. Please let me know any thoughts 🙏 if not, I'll invest in the extract I also heard about chaga tea or mushroom being good for hpv. Can you do a video on it? Also can honey or a sweetener or oatmilk inhibit the catechins? Should anything else be taken with it to help the absorption of catechins? Should it be drinken on an empty stomach?

God bless you Dr. I’ve been in hell for the past 20 years! Having several health problems that are getting worse and more frequent than usual! I feel hopeless because I have put my HPV in the denial box! Never bring it up to doctors and they can seem to find the root cause of all my deteriorating condition! I don’t feel alive… I literally feel like I’m dying and drying out by the seconds… I will try your advice and I have faith that God put this video in my feed!!! Thank you Dr. Nick. I have been confused because if the fat and water soluble vitamins are in one vitamin, that they might cancel out the effects. But I understand what you're saying is that a quality multivitamin already has that balance in mind, and if there is some competition in absorption from taking at once, it is minimized .

This is exactly my issue. Diagnosis of CIN 3, inside cervix and Dr. wants to do cold knife conization with. 28k out of pocket price tag! If I knew for sure it was only CIN 3 I would start with Escharotic treatments, diet, ect but how can you know without doing the surgery? I just turned 30 and found out I have HPV 16, I haven’t had a new sexual partner in almost 10 years. My pap came back normal but they still want to do a colposcopy and a biopsy. Does this mean the virus is being suppressed by my body still or has it been in my system for years? I’m sad I didn’t know sooner

I had a mass discovery on incidental CT scan and they said it was Vaginal. Having cancer 33 years ago and HPV positive, I was cured with surgery and early detection. My doctor has been confused as everyone else about the location of the mass. GYN felt it but didn't say where. Colonoscopy shows a mass of Hyperplastic Polyps. Anal pain and extreme difficulty with passing bowel movements for two years! Upon self examination last night, my anus is very hard, large and seemingly swollen. I go in for MRI in two days. It's been three months since discovering it on scan and so much confusion!
