- Dr. Nick LeRoy discusses his 25 years of experience using vaginal suppositories for the treatment of HPV and cervical dysplasia (CIN). Although manufacturers of suppositories have dwindled in recent years, they can still be made at home with simple ingredients. Whether or not they are appropriate and under what circumstances they are to be used is the topic of this video.

Wow! It’s great to see you again, after my treatments with you, my paps are still coming back normal after many years of abnormal paps..Thanks Dr. Nick!!
Maria, you are very welcome!
How many treatments did you get done? I will have 7 by the end of this month.
Is his site real? ?????Its been 3 weeks since money was sent through a VISA card from Europe but the supp never arrived🤔=121 Dollars.!How real is this site?
Thanks to my treatments with you 5 years ago, I'm still all clear. I've always been interested in a detailed explanation of your thoughts on this though. Thank you for sharing!
Shelly Cervantes thank you Shelly!
I add to that!!! Gracias
Please share the treatments 🙏🏼
For those of us that cannot get to you due to being in a different state, could you make a detailed video on how to do escharotic treatments on oneself?
That would be very helpful! Thank you
With close to 90% of the population diagnosed with HPV, these physicians are busy becoming millionaires if not billionaires offering treatment. Hence, they are busy. I would just listen to all of his videos --go to about --and follow his instructions until he responds.
There is a wealth of information from other providers. Try the CDC and NIH for further information
dr. Nick God bless you. Discovering I have HPV and dysplasia is not the first time I was disappointed in doctors and what pharmacy offered. So happy I found you, who did all the work of explaining the treatment, studies, etc. Something I had to do by myself for amenorrhea and UTI, both of which modern medicine had no solution for and only worsened my state. I read half of your book and I'm so positive about the outcome because you explained everything so nicely! thank you once again
Can you help me, I am infected with the virus, and I do not know a cure, and I do not understand from a doctor, because my language is different. Please reply?;
@@jelinare9524 Do you mean you don't understand your own Doctor when you go for appointments? If you live in the US you have a right to ask for an Interpreter. It's VERY important that you understand your Doctor. I'm sure that he or she wants to be sure you understand them too! If you mean you don't understand the medical words your Doctor is using, please ask him/her to explain. Again, it's very important you understand everything clearly so you can take care of your health! Good Luck!
Hey Dr Nick, so glad I found you. I found out I have high risk HPV. I have history of cervical cancer in my family so it scared me and I immediately started looking for solutions. I take all your recommended vitamins, mushrooms, probiotics, aswell as AHCC and beta glucan. I also self administer self made suppositories. Im 2 weeks in. First week I did curcumin suppositories, 2nd week green tea with small amount of herbs and green tea extract. In between I use tea tree and golden seal suppositories on my days off. I've notices thin layers of some kinda rubbery skin like substance being discharged. I did a chaparral douch and lots of pieces came out. Everyday a little more is coming out. Im sure this is normal makes me feel like maybe its working! I bought a home kit for HPV and will take the test in 3 months to see if its working.
Excellent. That's a very thorough regimen. Please let me know how it goes....
Hi, please share your results if you want and thanks for sharing !!
Hi Raquel did your self treatment work??
@@lynndocherty8358 I got a Papsmear in September and results came back Normal :) I did the Regimen for about 3 month straight. I think the vaginal suppository what's the most helpful part. SO glad I found this channel.
@@sweettiersify Amazing. Thank you for replying. This is making me feel more in control of this situation. I checked the suppositories recommended above and they are incredibly expensive. May I ask, how you made your own?
I have nabothian cysts only. No HPV, no dysplasia. Im doing tampex soaked in castor oil 2x week. Hoping for improvement. Thoughts?
Tips on how I make my own suppositories. Initially I was going to go the traditional route of making them with coconut oil but a quick Google search revealed that the pH of coconut oil isn't low enough for the vagina and I'm sensitive to things like this as I'm sure most of us ladies are.
My solution was to buy a natural lube (I used durex naturals sensitive), mix it with some curcumin and matcha and insert the mixture with a pipette at night. I don't have any irritation with this and it's a lot quicker and easier than making your own coconut oil/coco butter tablets. It's less messy too since your body absorbs the lube as opposed to oil. I presume you can also store this mixture in an air tight container in the fridge for about 3 days.
The question is - did you clear it? I see that you're sharing this tip everywhere and while it sounds like a good idea - for anyone out there considering this approach please use a lube that is friendly to your vaginal pH.
Hi, did this method worked? Were you able to clear it?
I’m planning to try this method
@@faizahabisola9633 I did another treatment. The doctor applied tca acid to my cervix and now I'm negative.
@@shomshomni2314 did you have high risk hpv or low risk that causes wart. My understanding is that TCA is used for wart-related hpv. Also, where is this doctor located? Thank you for your response.
Sadly we don't find anything in India
I want to try suppositories made at home, but I don’t know the ratio. Could you help with that? Recipe? I have HPV. I have the green tea powder
Boric acid is good to use?
Great video
Hello doctor please I want to know if the result becomes negative for the virus does this mean that he got out of the body or is he just asleep and can come back again thank you
Women who eliminate HPV have been shown to have a strain-specific immune response that would confer immunity; so for most women who test HPV negative, the HPV is gone and will never come back. However, a person can always be infected with any new strain to which you are exposed.
@@DrNickTargetsHPV think you very very mutch doctor you make me better now .i' belive you doctor because you have a contact whith a lot of women
As well get pregnant and have children there is higher chance of having cerval dysplasia and abnormal cells and HPV on cervix
Hi Dr .. I am in Cape Town and need to find a dr who can help me with escharotic treatment. I am struggling to find a gynie to do this .. can you guide my gynie - who also uses ozone treatment - how to make the suppositories and / or escharotic treatment??
I am unable to enter suppository in vegina ..😢bcos my veginal opening muscles are swelling.
Sir I had genital warts.... Then its gone away... Is this the reason of hpv.... What should we do for clear hpv....
Dr. Why don't you replicate that intervention that was discontinued and worked for your clients? We all need an effective treatment.
To what intervention are you referring?
@@DrNickTargetsHPV she is talking about the suppository that was created by the company that discontinued it.
@@nikkiflex4842 I wasn't using them for HPV or CIN; I was using them for yeast and BV.
Iv just b diagnosed with borderline squamous hpv had vagifem for abnormal bleeding but haven't worked after my smear iv b left with a constant burning sensation had antibiotics but they haven't worked wot else can I do I don't want surgery for it thank u I'm 57
Did you notice a difference in cin 1 or low grade/mild/moderate dysplasia?
What about lemongrass and lemon essential oils????
Might smell nice...probably a waste of time.
What do you think about using AHCC as douche or suppository for high-risk HPV?
Good question. I don't see any harm in it, other than the risk with anything you insert vaginally: it has the potential to disrupt normal flora. I like mushrooms in general, but there is nothing special about AHCC, other than the cost.
Did you try it? I want to know the results and I might try....😢... I'm taking AHCC 2 times daily....
May i know your opinion of aloe vera and tea tree ? Thank you
If you are referring to suppositories, I wouldn't use them for dysplasia, but for HPV there's probably no harm in trying. I used to have some tea tree suppositories that were helpful with yeast and bacterial infections.
how much to treatments typically cost?
How she made the curcumin (?) vaginal suppositories?! I want to make my own.. any body can help my plan can go right way please 🙏 im so struggling 😢
I'll have suppositories available in about 3 weeks.
Do these vitamins cure the 16??
How do you feel about boric acid?
There is no research on boric acid and HPV.
hey, hoping you will answer
i have just started a course of the zeptil suppositories alternating green tea and curcumin like you reccomended on a previous video.. i didn't see this video but i have them now so will complete two months of suppositories.
i have cin2. the cin1 part of the lesion cleared naturally in about 5 months with dietary changes, supplements including ahcc and lifestyle changes (stopping night shifts).
how long should i expect discharge for after stopping supposotories?
will i get a build up on the cervix like the woman you showed here?
thanks in advance
I don't recommend suppositories for dysplasia.
I have a question what about using bloodroot in a suppository form
Did you try it
I need help please
I tried papilocare suppositories seems to be studies on it as working pretty good
There is no published research on Papilocare. No harm taking it for HPV, but I wouldn't rely on it for moderate or severe CIN.
@@DrNickTargetsHPV i seen an article in Mexico about douching with dragons blood clears cervical dysplasia. Do u have any insight. Here is one of the articles patents.google.com/patent/WO2006099376A1/en
@@lzshow Thank you for the info. No, never heard of douching with Croton. I did a literature search and although there is a lot of published data on some of the things it does, there wasn't anything published related to HPV or dysplasia. Here is a recent review of some of its properties: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6225158/
I keep hearing you cant get rid of it and also you can get rid of it. So many contradictions. Qqqq
Do you remember what the essential oils were in the supossitories? the ingredients?
Good question. If I recall correctly, at least goldenseal and grape seed extract. There was probably one or two others but I don't remember. I'll see if I can find an old catalog...
Cerval dysplasia and abnormal cells and HPV on cervix.

Can you treat me? I live in California would it be possible to treat me without going to your office?
There's a doc in the Bay Area, CA that does this.

Lorena make a video appointment with him the sooner the better Write down all the questions you have in mind and he will give you links for the supplements you need to take and follow his diet , that’s here on a video. I already had a video appointment with him, his very helpful and a kind person. I will be start my supplements soon and following a intermediate fasting . Hopefully that helps me to clear it up faster . I’m doing the fasting too cus my mammogram didn’t come out good . Best of luck to you
Where in the Bay Area what city
What ist the "escarodic"? treatment?
It's the treatment of cervical dysplasia using a liquid that targets abnormal cells.
Where do u get the liquid??
What do you suggest for people who can not get to you, do you have referrals in other cities or an at home kit?
There are few practitioners that provide escharotic treatment and fewer still that are experienced, so I don't have referral options for the majority of states. However, it can be done at home with appropriate instruction and guidance.
Thanks 💌💕
