I had this in Cyprus, it was put on the table with the bread. Absolutely delicious. Ours had coriander in it. I will definitely make this. It is like a risotto. Simple yet full of flavour.
I love it with chips! I only normally have it in Cyprus so looking forward to testing your recipe...I had to scouer to find the one that looked closest to zorbas!
