    Interesting video! I have an ongoing problem with pain when I bend my left big toe upwards (e.g. rolling off a pebble while walking) so I'm definitely going to try some of those toe exercises.

    twally interesting video! nobody ever talks bout foot health/skill that much! usually only dorsiflexion lol

      Exactly what I thought, there is a big emphasis on footwork, but not on work for the foot.
      The dorsiflexion videos will come eventually 😅

    Nice video, one suggestion is that I've found a tennis ball to be too soft so using a .lacrosse ball gives you all the advantages of using a ball, but of course is much firmer.

      100 % agree with your suggestion. The lacrosse balls definitely help you to get deeper into those tissues.
      For some it might be to intense at first but certainly something to build up towards.

      I use a golf ball
