Congrats, I am following you and looking at your videos, I'm adding the protein powder to start and increasing my water intake. Working on my eating habits after I go shopping this weekend. You are very motivating.
Thank you so much for the feedback! I’m happy to hear what I shared was helpful. Just remember the key is consistency, start and keep going. No quitting and no starting over…just keep going! 💪🏽
Yes ! New Subscriber here. Your videos that I just stumbled across this morning while working. I shared with my hubby. I just turned 55 our kids are grown and out the house. We celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary in Oct. I said we need to start being Pro Active instead of Reactive. Long healthy lives ahead ---Thank you
Welcome and thanks for your support. I’m working on more content so your feedback is helpful. Happy anniversary and here’s to a long healthy life! That was my only goal. 😊
New subscriber! This is right on time for me! Had vertical sleeve surgery 4 years ago and lost about 113lbs. I've gained about 30lbs. Back and I'm trying to lose again and it's REALLY slow or non existent. I'm 43yo. now so I expected it would be a little harder now but this great very motivating and great info. Did you do 3 meals and 1-2 snacks or did you only do a snack when you really needed it? I tend to do 3 meals and two health snacks like nuts and fruit, protien shake etc. Should snack be optional or a definite part of my daily meal plan?
Welcome! I usually will have at least one snack if not two, just depends how active or busy I am that day. Sometimes I have to remind myself to get that second snack in and it may be just a protein shake before bed. I’m burning so many calories right now on my runs I try to be more mindful about replenishing. How active are you? When I started to plateau both times I incorporated more cardio (running) and strength training and the scale started moving again.
@@ursgetsfitI need to incorporate more than just cardio into my workout plan. Since I've just got back on track really doing all of the right things, I've only been doing a brisk hour walk on the bayou trail here in houston on my lunch break daily to get my body back to work. I used to do that and level it up weekly with some stairs, jogging, and/or strength training. I was fit and fine then lol!! I'd also incorporate some kind of night exercise for about 30 mins. to an hour at home. It's time now to level up my exercise so I know that's likely part of the issue.
Which recipe would you like to see? Let me know in the comments below 👇🏽
