Your warmups are always always so nice and effective, and the point where my voice “clicks” and syncs up with my heart again and again is truly addicting and is why I continue coming back to your videos. You’re simply the best vocal coach on YT.
This was really helpful and fun. I especially liked your closing comments. You ARE teaching the world to sing, and my own very little world is so much better for that! Thank you!
So... What are you doing this Sunday afternoon?... Cooking a pie while training latest Jeff Rolka's warm up for agility!!! Thank you Jeff. Great warm up! Have a Happy Sunday!!!❤👋🤗
for the third time man, thank you. You're an inspiration to me , l want to become a vocal coach and honestly your videos are (+have been) my company for when l couldn't go to vocal lesson
Hah! My first registration event was all the exercises at the very beginning! Ie f-c. Btw, why is ah and oh so much more difficult to control than ee or oo?
You always take me from “I just can’t sing today” to “ok that feels good” to “wow my tone is GREAT.” What are your thoughts on straw exercises for a worn-out voice? I haven’t seen any videos where you utilize them. Or do you recommend other SOVT techniques?
Great question! If they work for you, you can substitute them for lip trills in my videos or the 'ng' sound to a certain extent. Each of those three exercises has things that it does better than the others, but each also allows for a greater amount of flexibility with the vocal fold, which is often the point in the exercise.
Great exercise
You’re very generous with your time and your knowledge- RUclips singers are truly blessed 🙏
Going back to choir 4 years after the beginning of the pandemic. These warms ups are perfect for getting my voice back in shape!
Tremendous help for me!
