It works if you know how to use it. It’s meant for light dust on car vents and around electronics. It’s not for picking up crumbs and dried Taco Bell cheese and French fries. If you use it just for dust and don’t ruin it by trying to wash it it’ll last a while.
Cold water washes it clean not sure you should of used warm to hot water… plus you need to roll it not dab it…I think it’s worth the money more for tight places no need to do the dashboard you should dust as usual and any unreachable crevice it’s takes care of it..
You fail also you barely tapped it on the screen and said it wasn’t getting into the cracks. You have to rub it into the cracks. Then you used hot water to clean it. Hot temp be it air or water will cause the gel to break down
This is so stupid. You’re supposed to “roll” it over the objects to be cleaned and it’s good for several uses actually. And to assume it’s washable is kinda weird. Just sayin’. These idiots could’ve done a bit of research before doing a whole tv segment on it😂 unbelievable.
Comments below are sad. They are actually defending a company that lies to its customers for fast money. This vid was on the money. product is not reusable after 4th or 5th time end of story. Doesnt matter cold water, warm water or what the instructions say. This product will eventually turn into useless slime no matter what you do. It needs to be advertised as disposable. This product fails. Reporter should be commended for being brutally honest.
If you had read the instructions on the website it clearly says do not wash. I looked this up on Amazon easily. You use it until the gel turns black.
Soon as she said you wash it I was like yeah lol nah

The reporter said no instructions were provided.

How this was used just shows you never use a blonde to demonstrate or figure out anything other than makeup. Just saying.
