This video speaks to me. Fatigue, burnout, withdrawing from people, just stopping. Thank you for making this video.

My body starts to slow down. I like to sleep more during these darker months. I love to hibernate in a way 🤣. Just cuddle up with a cup of tea and a book in the corner of the couch with my body wrapped in a blanket. I’m not really a “happy” person because of my depression, but it always tends to get worst during the colder months. And still Autumn is my favorite time of year. The coziness from having the heater on and sitting inside while it is windy and rainy outside, gives me a warm feeling. But I find it very hard to get something done during that time.

Same! I've been so tired and I go to sleep by 12 now. I've always been a night owl staying up until 3 am. I'm drinking tea snuggled up on the couch as we speak 😅

Before moving here in Switzerland from SE Asia, my favorite season is Spring. I mean really dreaming of it and its beauty. But as I live here for the past 3 yrs, autumn has become my new favorite. No matter how grey outside, autumn brings that relaxing feeling and cozy vibes. Cooking has become more therapeutic. Walking in the rain or stepping on crispy leaves is like music to my ears. Overall, I feel less stressed on this season 🥰

Excellent video, Mia! I will definitely revisit this list during the colder seasons we are heading into.

I do love the cooler temperatures and I gravitate towards the elements of nature. I love the autumn and winter seasons which is when I tend to thrive. I never knew why until my sister mentioned that I was born in the winter which makes total sense. I'm naturally a homebody and most of what I do centers around that: cooking, baking, plant care and doing things to enhance the home thus making it peaceful and welcoming.

I have psoriasis too and we share the same shopping list! My earthy thing is clay as well, but not on my face! Every autumn I make small clay Christmas ornaments.
