I’m in rest mode so probably Autumn atm, as I’m rethinking and reassessing/ just chilling before my usual routine starts up again in a couple of weeks. I used to feel guilty about these quiet times, but now I realise, thanks to video content like yours, that they’re as much a part of life as the exciting, sad, hard and good times, so I enjoy the reset without feeling guilty. I ensure I make the most of all the seasons I’m experiencing at the time as much as I can. I think the example of the fruit tree is brilliant.
Oh, Vera…this might be my favorite video you’ve done. You took me on a journey! Making macha, folding laundry, habits instead of goals, being instead of doing, working with your body instead of on your body. You embodied your message of small but certain happiness throughout your video. I’m grateful for you and the peace you’ve brought to my life. And happy 7 year anniversary!
I agree with all the comments that say this episode was one of THE BEST you’ve ever presented, because.. it was NOT presented as a ‘show ‘ but just a wonderful, intimate chat about the things we ALL deal with. The relaxed and warm way you took us through your morning was So good because it was very relatable and I believe, made taking in and relating to what you were saying, easier. Thank you for being so honest, supportive and caring. ❤❤❤❤
This is raw , unpolished and real ….. love love it Vera … Thanks for existing, and making our lives better in your own small special way…I am going through very very long tough time …I hope it’s ends somewhere and I can finally have some peace , love , laughter
I’m so sorry to hear you’re going through such a tough time! As cliche as it sounds, I truly do believe tough times make us stronger after they pass. Please hang in there! You are loved, appreciated, and needed in this world! ❤️
@akansha_zen Thank you for your compliments, I'm glad you loved the video! I'm so sorry to hear you're going through a tough time right now. As @M-clz3 said, I hope things will start to look up for you soon and sending you strength and support!
@@M-xlz3I absolutely agree with you. My first child was born severely disabled 27 years ago. My life changed overnight. It’s been a difficult and testing road. I wouldn’t change a minute of it. It’s made me who I am, which is a person who’s learned to cope with most of what life throws at me. It’s made me grateful for small things that matter. It’s made me realise what doesn’t matter. I’m grateful for every minute I have with my children, family and friends. I for one am grateful for my difficult times. Sending strength to those who need it.❤

Hi Vera. Please know that your vlogs makes me feel hopeful and peaceful especially on those days that I feels so anxious and empty. I love the analogy of a fruit tree and how it doesn’t bear fruit all year round and that you have to take care of the roots. This word picture will stick in my brain because I absolutely love trees. I remember when I moved to Florida from N.Y. the first thing I planted was an orange tree, I had zero knowledge of growing anything since I lived in a “concrete jungle”, I was told to take the fruit off for the first 2 years because if I didn’t the tree wouldn’t grow, and the fruit would suck all of the energy out of the tree. That was so hard for me to do because they looked so cute growing on the tree the little oranges ☹️ but in the end, it made a tree grow quicker and stronger, so it could produce more fruit in the end. When you said this, it made me think of that little orange tree. ☺️…. It makes sense though, because if we were producing all the time we would be exhausted so having the other seasons does give us time to refresh and take things a little easier. I will have to look into that book! Small but Certain Happiness is a guarantee to fall back on, we do need lots of them, thnx for this relaxing video Vera, hope your having a great week! 🌳🌳🌳

I’m in a lot of physical discomfort today. I was going to force myself to clean my fish aquarium today but instead you reminded me I need a slow day. I have my TENS machine on and I now have my Kobo on the charger. Today is a rainy, cloudy 🌧️ gloomy day. Perfect for some relaxing & reading. 📖
I let myself experience many small moments of happiness. For example, late last night I was standing outside on my deck looking at the moon. I live in cottage country so I'm surrounded by trees and we don't have street lights so it was a real feeling of oneness with nature...it was beautiful. I also have the flower bride book but haven't read it yet so look forward to reading!
Wow that sounds absolutely wonderful!!! I often look at the moon as well, but since I live in the city, the experience must be quite different. I can imagine feeling that sense of oneness with nature, that must've been really nice. Also let me know what you think if you end up reading the book :)
I love to listen to you always. Your words are always valuable! How wonderful to talk about THE SMALL BUT CERTAIN HAPPINESS! If I find I am unhappy, I pause. And reset!! When I get up I always look in the mirror and say to myself YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL! The other day I had to say it three times! I am your older 78 year old subscriber! Your advice in this video is so good and your voice and way of sharing is very positive! Love and a big hug, Laara from Canada
A morning walk in nature is a blessing, noticing the leaves on the trees, hearing the wind through the trees, listening to different birds singing all their different beautiful songs, .noticing the green of the grass and the blue of the sky, feeling the sun or the rain on your face, breathing it all in. Then home for a lovely hot cup of breakfast tea with honey before the work of the day begins.❤ Love to you all.❤
I loved this type of video. It was like visiting you at home and just hanging out together. There are so many things I resonated with in this video. Possibly too much to comment. Learning that I can do physical fitness and activities without an end goal really makes me want to connect with my body more. I'm very exhausted from trying to achieve my goals and always falling short. I appreciate your messages in this video and thank you for your time doing chores and hanging out with us.
Thank you Vera! I love looking for the joy moments everyday. My daughters and I call each other and talk about our high and low of the day. It helps to chat it out. I enjoyed this video so much. You made me feel at home in your video. Giving self permission to find joy. Love it❤
Vera, once in a blue moon a book comes into your life where upon reading it, it actually affects the course of your life or a major choice you make. I can think of a couple of instances where that has happened in my 70 years. This video has impacted me in that way. It is exactly what I needed at a major crossroads. Perfect timing. Thank you dear Vera for always being a source of Small But Certain Happiness with your videos. ❤
I just watched this video and wanted to write a long comment because I enjoyed it so much! 😊 But then I decided to keep things simple ... I subscribed to your channel five years ago and I'm loving your content. Your videos are so helpful. Keep them coming! 🎉❤
Aw thank you so much! I'm so happy you enjoyed the video, I had a lot of fun filming and editing this one :) Also, thank you for being a part of this community for 5 years already, that's wonderful!! Take care and have a lovely weekend
I love the dark blue wall in your bedroom. We renovated the master bedroom in our house four months ago and painted the main wall dark blue. Surprisingly, it helped calm me down and reduce my insomnia. Recently, I also listened to classical music on an analogue dab radio for about 30 minutes while reading a book and switched off my smartphone before falling asleep. The result was incredible. I'm no longer awake in the middle of the night. And I wake up naturally in the early hours of the morning, without an alarm.
Ah nice! Yes I've had a similar experience after painting it dark blue, somehow it helps to calm down and fall asleep :) Glad to hear you're getting better sleep now after making those changes :) Take care and have a lovely day!
Thanks. This is a great video. I tend to be optimistic even thru negative situations. Never thought as much that every day “chores” bringing happiness. 😊
I ❤ how you focus on habits and not productivity! Realizing, aha, that's another reason why I continue to be drawn to your videos and benefit much from them. Thank you for continuing to share.
Really love the new direction in how you filmed this video more like a vlog! It’s my birthday tomorrow (turning 33 on the 25th! 🥳), and it feels like I’ve been blessed with a lot of newfound happiness lately. I’m also officially out of the burnout I had been experiencing for 3 years, and it feels like what has blossomed as a result has been so life-changing for me. And, the message in the video really has made me think quite a bit about how my experience in life has been, so I thought I’d share insights below in hopes that maybe they can help shed some light as I think a lot of men go through this, too. Ever since I was a teen, I suffered with body dysmorphia for a large portion of my life until just recently this month. All of it was reactionary for me. I did something, there was some kind of negative reinforcement behind what I did, and then I started believing it. Boys would call me slurs in school for hanging out with mostly girls, and I believed what they were saying so I tried to change myself to be accepted by them. My siblings would tell me I wouldn’t amount to anything in life if I didn’t have “X” by the age of “Y,” and I believed it so I called myself a loser when I didn’t have those things happen and started suffering with anxiety every single day. I never questioned these things that became toxic to my own very well-being. Because how could I? Why would someone say something awful about me if it wasn’t true? Isn’t a man not supposed to cry? Shouldn’t I be striving for a six-pack like every other guy my age or look like a model? Never even thought of filtering that kind of negativity out back then. Then, I started watching your channel as well as other sources of positivity and recognized I had a distinct lack of love, compassion, care, or respect for the body that I have and am blessed with. Then, the funny part is my negative self-talk changed to “but I wasted so much time and energy trying to perfect.” Burnout can be a terrible beast at times. But the truth is, there is only one of me in this entire world, and he is enough as he already is. And that is true for anyone and everyone. That is beautiful and worth living for alone because, to me, that is the true meaning of life itself. Because if I can show myself kindness, then I can spread that kindness and joy towards others in their lives in the way that I know how to. It felt weird for the longest time to feel like I was in the minority, especially as a guy, but now I see that it was my body, mind, and spirit all collectively telling me, “Don’t worry about what the world tells you you have to be like. Be the person you already are. You are enough, and you’ll always be enough as time goes on.” God bless you, Vera. Your videos are always something that I look forward to each Saturday morning. ❤🕊️
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and your journey! And wishing you a Very Happy Birthday!! 🤗🍵🌱 Take care and keep showing yourself love, compassion and understanding!
Vera love this format. This was so lovely. I really absorbed everything you said and I need so much to remind myself of the little things. Thank you so much ♥️ ❤
I now use the fly lady system for my chores and i am enjoying them more. I know now i dont have to do it all and a little a day helps a lot. You cant do everything every day but small daily baby steps change everything. it helped me so much! 🎉❤
Yes, really enjoyed this! Was surprised you had not had any linen clothes in your life yet. It is wonderful, I discovered it about 5 years ago and love it. Also picked up some linen blend sheets that are all so wonderful. About that N piercing experience you had, I worked with a gal who got hers done because her narcissistic boyfriend wanted it done. She regretted it after 2 months because the healing wasn't happening and the soreness drove her nuts. Thanks for a really nice visit today 🎉.
So glad you enjoyed the video! Yes I want more linen now, hahaha. Also about your friend, that's rough.. We should never get a piercing or tattoo because of someone else, only because it makes us happy ourselves.
The thing with yoga is something I learned from a 80 year old yogi, who said "honor your body" and it just stuck with me. Yoga is meant to connect your body to your soul. If you're being hateful and harsh on your body, it will reflect on your mind. But instead you can help your body, show compassion to yourself and it will definitely reflect in your mental health and self talk too.
Thank you for this lovely video. I have been ill this week with Covid and have been struggling with how little I am accomplishing. Thank you for reminding me that being is more important than doing. You are such a wise young woman, and I admire you! ❤
Thanks for another lovely video Vera. You looked very happy today 😊 I have started swimming daily which brings me much happiness and calm time. Congrats on 7 years too! Not sure how long I've been following you, but still love your content and look forward to new videos ❤
Thank you so much Liz, so happy you enjoyed the video! Yes I'm loving my new shirt, definitely a big recommendation :) Take care and have a lovely day!!
I loved the different style of your video and the great pieces of wisdom you share (I will definitely do the 100 picture/day challenge!) I subscribed to your course Unhurried (haven’t finished it though) and I’m a big fan of the wonderful ideas you present to integrate in our daily busy lives 💓
I had some tough weeks, maybe even months and it is slowly getting better. I am really thankful for this video 🤗 It was really relaxing to see you while doing daily tasks/ enjoying small moments. I tried to focus on these as well the last time, so thank you for your inspiration and sharing! ❤
Hi Vera, your video is one of my life’s simple pleasures. I look forward to watching them. You are genuine, at ease with yourself, sharing your experiences and insights with others. When watching your videos, I always feel inspired, learning something and reminding myself to be kinder to myself and forgive myself for beinging rather than the habitual doing. The 100-days of happiness sounds like a nice discovery of gratitude. Thank you for sharing with us.
I am really looking to learn more of how to find joy in the mundane activities. ❤ Household tasks, errands, admin, health related appointments, etc. I feel it’s especially important when we’re recovering from health conditions that require this perspective shift as we recover and rebuild our lives. I would love some resources or a video on this! ❤
Vera, this video made me feel like a good friend was sharing their insights on life with me. Congrats on 7 years! I'm grateful I found your channel. Your vulnerability and honesty is refreshing. Thank you for taking the leap and starting your channel. You have so much to say and I can't wait to hear it
Oh Vera, this video was so beautiful, I loved the vloggy feel to the video so much, lots of Patreon vibes for sure 🙂. This was one of those videos that I know I will come back to time and time again. What a treat. For a number of reasons my life is very 'small'. It certainly isn't a high-octane life with lots of excitement or big moments of achievement, so it is even more important for me to find joy in the small everyday things, and thankfully I seem to be naturally orientated to doing that. Tiny aspects of my daily routine bring me contentment and comfort and I'm always grateful for them. I've also known a couple of people who lived as if life were a journey with a destination they were aiming for, but for whom life ended before they were able to reach their aimed for destination. It reinforced the sense I had that life itself is the destination; each little, trivial, noticed or unnoticed moment is itself the stuff of life. So whether it is hanging the laundry whilst watching a Simple Happy Zen video, with the sunshine of a late summer evening streaming through the window, or sinking into a nice warm bath, or sitting down at the end of the day to a tasty meal with my husband, or listening to some music whilst doing a bit of knitting (something I started last year!) I'm grateful to be around to experience those moments and when I'm mindful of them, I feel contentment even when things in general might be difficult. Happy Birthday to Simple Happy Zen by the way! The world is better for this channel. And I have to say, how rock-and-roll were you with those piercings!! 😊
Thank you so much for all the good vibes Chris 🤗💕🍵 So happy you enjoyed the vlog! Love what you said about daily things bringing contentment and joy, and about learning from others who's life journey ended before they reached their destination. Definitely the small moments are the stuff of life themselves. :) I agree. Also yes hahaha I used to be quite rock-and-roll
Fabulous videos. So restful. U are so wise and help me so much in my life! When everyone is telling us to hurry up, u are suggesting we slow down, which I love and which suits my personality so much. Thank u!!!!
Ĥi Vera - I found these tips remind me of me. I'm an overthinking person, and it's always encouraging to hear what tips can be helpful. I know this wasn't to do with the tips, but I loved how you folded the towels. Can you do a video of how you fold your towels and sheets. My storage space is small ❤
Thank you!! Also for the video idea! I kind of just fold them into thirds I guess? I haven't ever given it much thought haha. Also the way I fold my sheets is kind of a mess hihi, I've never really been able to do it neatly. Take care and have a lovely rest of your weekend!
@@SimpleHappyZen Halves than thirds. And no, you weren't folding the t-shirts weird, that is the way they are supposed to be folded! I loved watching you make a video while folding as I usually fold my clothes while watching videos. 🤣
Vera, I adore your channel. It’s late at night here in New Zealand, and I guess the “season” I’m in is Winter, in terms of my mood, it’s a bit grey and dark, but I guess the literal Winter weather here doesn’t help! I’ve embraced the crisp, cool mornings going for walks but I’m ready to move into Spring, literally and metaphorically 😊🌷
:) I am not flexible at all, and I enjoy Yoga so much! Thank you for this inpiring Video! I always try to focus on more being than doing, but sometimes I get back into the hamster wheel and fall back into bad habits. So again thank you so much! And happy 7th anniversary of your channel!
Glad to hear your enjoyed the video and yay for doing yoga! 🤗🌷 Haha yes I also sometimes fall back into the habits of go-go-go, so it's a constant practice :)

Aw thank you so much! Happy to hear you enjoyed this video style, and thank you for joining us on Patreon too! Have fun catching up on all the videos there! :)
I so enjoyed this video Vera. I'm a senior and live with tw0 other generations, so you'd think I was never low, but it's not the case. I have physical space but I don't think I am being as aware of the joy that I have. I'm in a slump and struggling to identify with each of the generations I live with. I needed to hear that it's not always the case. It's wonderful that I can use the yoga mat stuck in the back of my closet even though I don't have the flexibility I used to have...Okay, really never had. I'm in Arizona, U.S. Our mornings are finally cooling a bit, so the very first thing I'm planning to do is to take a walk and listen to the birds, pick up leaves to press and listen to calming music, while reminding myself that I am loved and appreciated. I need to read that book. Thank you Vera, very much.
Vera, I absolutely love the more informal style of this video❤ I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Thank you so much for sharing such valuable information with us😊
This was a beautiful video Vera. You are so wise and reassuring that I feel very calm after listening to you. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and lifestyle choices with us 💕💕
What a wholesome video from you yet again. I really enjoyed it! This year I also read 'The Last Tale of the Flowerbride', a very nice and interesting book.
Vera, this video was absolutely outstanding! I needed it so much. You have really lifted my mood today, so thank you 🙏. I love your channel, it’s so refreshing 🥰 xxx
Wow I clicked on this video at the exact right time. Life has just been happening and I’ve felt very overwhelmed trying to keep up with it. Then it feels like what’s the point? Why did we make life so complicated?
I want to be that person that just goes on nice long walks for joy. But it's been 90 degrees the past month + and muggy, ucky weather. I get sun allergy very easily, even w proper sunscreen. I am wrapping my mind around doing yoga more often though, to keep the body moving. Once the weather cools off I will be more adventurous but for now, in the slow season...the hot season, it's just not gonna happen properly. If I can get my daily book readings in I'm a happy girl. Maybe cook a good meal for work. Work on a project. It's nice finding happiness in daily routine. SInce moving to the new house, I am learning different ways of doing old habits also. Like opening up the house and letting the air in regularly. Thanks for all the great tips, Vera! :)
Hi Vera. I really don't comment much, but I had to say I LOVED this style of video from you. So nice to see this more raw and comfortable side of you. It really helps a person to relate more easily to you. Keep it up ❤

Your advice in this video is so good and your voice and way of sharing is very positive! Love and a big hug, Laara from Canada
Aw thank you Laara for your kind words! 🤗🌱🌺 I love that you say that to yourself in the mirror, so wonderful!
A morning walk in nature is a blessing, noticing the leaves on the trees, hearing the wind through the trees, listening to different birds singing all their different beautiful songs, .noticing the green of the grass and the blue of the sky, feeling the sun or the rain on your face, breathing it all in. Then home for a lovely hot cup of breakfast tea with honey before the work of the day begins.❤ Love to you all.❤
That sounds amazing!!!
I enjoyed this video's format but then again, I always enjoy your videos in any format. Thank you Vera.
Aw thank you, I really appreciate you being around all this time and sending me so many good vibes 🤗🌳🌻
Vera, you are my SBCH! I loved this video so much! Thank you.
That is the sweetest message! I hope she sees it. And I agree with you wholeheartedly. 💛
Aw thank you both for the kind words!! 🤗❤️❤️❤️
So glad you enjoyed the video and the messages, thank you! Take care and have a wonderful day! 🤗🌺🌱
Thank you Vera! I love looking for the joy moments everyday. My daughters and I call each other and talk about our high and low of the day. It helps to chat it out. I enjoyed this video so much. You made me feel at home in your video. Giving self permission to find joy. Love it❤
Aw thank you so much, and I love that you chat with your daughters about each other's days :)
@@TS-wm9ws Oh thank you so much, that's incredible and it means a lot to me 🤗❤️❤️❤️🌱🍵
Love your message here
I absolutely love this video! Simple!!!!
Thank you! :) I found it so much fun to make and edit :)
Thank you, so glad you liked it! :) Take care!
I ❤ how you focus on habits and not productivity! Realizing, aha, that's another reason why I continue to be drawn to your videos and benefit much from them. Thank you for continuing to share.
Aw thank you so much 🤗🍵🌷 Take care and have a lovely day!!
I love this new style of video!❤
Thank you, that's nice to hear :)
You are enough, and you’ll always be enough as time goes on.”
God bless you, Vera. Your videos are always something that I look forward to each Saturday morning. ❤🕊️
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and your journey! And wishing you a Very Happy Birthday!! 🤗🍵🌱 Take care and keep showing yourself love, compassion and understanding!
@@SimpleHappyZen Thank you so much, Vera! I definitely will. Have a wonderful week!
This was a lovely video to watch on a Sunday morning, full of the vibes of calm joy.
Yay, so happy to hear that. Thank you! :)
Vera love this format. This was so lovely. I really absorbed everything you said and I need so much to remind myself of the little things. Thank you so much ♥️ ❤
Aw thanks for the lovely words Cathy, so happy you enjoyed the vlog! Take care!
Beautiful video, Vera, congrats for the first 7 yrs
Thank you so much!! 🤗🍵 Can't believe it's been 7 years already! :)
@@SimpleHappyZen you give so much value to us! Hugs
It is always a joy to wstch a video by you, Vera! ❤
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Hope you'll recover soon, take good care while under the weather!
Thanks for another lovely video Vera. You looked very happy today 😊 I have started swimming daily which brings me much happiness and calm time. Congrats on 7 years too! Not sure how long I've been following you, but still love your content and look forward to new videos ❤
Aw thank you so much for the good vibes! Also yay for the daily swimming, that's awesome!
Thank you, Vera, for this video! It's always a treat to watch and learn from you! I love the SBCR idea! Best regards from a regular viewer in Ukraine!
Aw thank you so much!! 🤗💕🌷
Lovely , Vera ! Perfect timing for me. Thank you so much ! Ahhhh yes your new shirt. It’s wonnndergul. May buy one as a Christmas guft for Fam
Thank you so much Liz, so happy you enjoyed the video! Yes I'm loving my new shirt, definitely a big recommendation :) Take care and have a lovely day!!
I loved the different style of your video and the great pieces of wisdom you share (I will definitely do the 100 picture/day challenge!)
I subscribed to your course Unhurried (haven’t finished it though) and I’m a big fan of the wonderful ideas you present to integrate in our daily busy lives 💓
Aw thank you Maaike!! 🤗💕🍵 And yay for the 100picture/day challenge! Let me know how it goes :)
I had some tough weeks, maybe even months and it is slowly getting better. I am really thankful for this video 🤗
It was really relaxing to see you while doing daily tasks/ enjoying small moments.
I tried to focus on these as well the last time, so thank you for your inspiration and sharing! ❤
Thank you so much, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the video. Hope things will continue to slowly get better for you, step by step. Take care!!
Aw thank you so much, that's really nice to hear :) Take carw and have a wonderful day!!
Please make common videos. I mean the set up. You may be cooking or any other activity, but clubbing tasks together like this. I love it. ❤
Thanks
Aw thank you so much Jacqui for this superthanks!🤗💕 I really appreciate it :) Hope you're doing well, have a lovely day today!
It was so nice and calming spending this morning with you, Vera ❤
Thank you so much, I loved sharing it with all of you!
I like you very much! So delicate and full of spirit.
Hum, I am starting today a 100 days of photos who make joy! Merci for idea:)🎉

Loved this video Vera! It’s a great lesson to learn while you’re still young!
Thank you so much! :)
Vera, this video made me feel like a good friend was sharing their insights on life with me. Congrats on 7 years! I'm grateful I found your channel. Your vulnerability and honesty is refreshing. Thank you for taking the leap and starting your channel. You have so much to say and I can't wait to hear it
I just bought two linen shirts one white and one blue and wore the blue one today.❤️
Love it! :) I'd definitely love some more linen in my closet :)
Thank u!!!!
Thank you! God bless you! Peace! 🕊
Thank you so much 🤗🌱 Take care and have a lovely day!
Hello Vera, this style of video today was so lovely. Thanks.
Thank you so much, that's great to hear! :)
Hi Vera, what a lovely video🥰 I am going to try the photo challenge!! That's such a cool idea. Sending you happiness and joy, from Switzerland🤗
Yay, so cool!! Enjoy the challenge and I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the video!
Thank you so much! Yes I can relate, I feel exactly the same way at the end of winter. Hope spring will come soon for you all over there!!
I've discovered linen this last couple of years. It's fantastic. A wrinkled cotton shirt is 👎 but when linen wrinkles ... that's just linen. ❤️
Yes!! Hahaha I'd definitely love some more linen, it feels amazing
Your new favorite shirt was made in Lithuania! 🇱🇹 that’s awesome!
I'm in love with the shirt :)
I LOVED this video! This style of filming/editing is so relaxing and peaceful! I looked up that linen company, and it looks amazing! Thanks for the beautiful work that you do, Vera!
- Hannah
Aw thank you Hannah, so happy you enjoyed this video style! I really enjoyed making it :) Also glad you checked out the linen company. :) Take care and have a lovely day!
Love your content. Thank you for the simple slow living inspiration. ❤
Thank you so much! :)
Absolutely loved this video, as I do all your videos but this style is my favorite! I just joined your pateron page, im so excited youve brought so much joy and calm to my life, im glad i can give something back, thank you for all you do, Vera! ❤
This is one of your best videos ever thanks❤
Aw that's so nice to hear, thanks my friend!
Thank u sooo much this really lifted and encouraged me
I'm glad to hear it :) Take care, wishing you a lovely rest of your weekend!
Vera some sunscreen I like is Alba . IT goes on smoothly, does not have any nasty ingrediants and not tested on animals
Thanks for the recommendation Ann, I'll check it out! :)
I'm going slow nowadays....what an apt video for me as of now ❤ having hard times with my health and job 😊
I'm sorry to hear that my friend, sending some good vibes your way! Take care!
My favorite ❤❤
I enjoyed this video so much! Thank you!
Thank you so much! :)
You are so sweet and peaceful! Thanks you for this video:)
Aw thank you! :)
I love this video. It’s really connects you with your audience. I also like your small certain things that bring you joy!
I really love watching your videos, it gives me a light and happy feeling, very positive 🫶🏻Thanks very much Vera, wish I can meet you!
Vera, I absolutely love the more informal style of this video❤ I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Thank you so much for sharing such valuable information with us😊
Love your videos Vera, you help me so much, it's almost spring here but still very rainy, Val.
One of my favorite videos! I love how this one feels very organic and very connected. Thank you 🧡
Your timing with this one was amazing. Thank you so much. I love these more chatty videos x
Loved this style of video, Vera!
Yay, thank you!! :)
How cozy that you share moments of your daily life Vera. I like kinda of vedios and get inspired ❤ Happy anniversary and wish you happy continuing😊
Aw thank you so much!!!
This was a wonderful video. I hope you do more like this on RUclips. Thank you. You are very inspiring. 🥰
I’ve been going through a rough time lately and this was very helpful. 💖 Thanks, Vera. ✨ Also…I love what you said about yoga!
I relate with the way you see life. Thank you for sharing💚
I so needed your wisdom and soothing voice today, sweet woman
Wow I clicked on this video at the exact right time. Life has just been happening and I’ve felt very overwhelmed trying to keep up with it. Then it feels like what’s the point? Why did we make life so complicated?
Ah yes sometimes things can feel so overwhelming can't they! It's like the famous quote: Life is very simple, but we insist on making it complicated.
Loved your video Vera! Really nicely done with lots of inspiring content!
Today your video was my SBCH ❤Thank you
Love your advice blogs, they have truly helped me relieved from so much stress. Thank you 🙏
That's wonderful to hear, thank you so much 🤗🍵
I want to be that person that just goes on nice long walks for joy.
As always, your content is excellent. I really enjoy this type of delivery. Thanks so much for all you do 🌸
Hi Vera. I really don't comment much, but I had to say I LOVED this style of video from you. So nice to see this more raw and comfortable side of you. It really helps a person to relate more easily to you. Keep it up ❤
I loved this one!!!! so relaxing, I've been having some stressful days and I'm prone to worrying too much and rushing everything, so your videos are of great help!
