Lovely video and great advice. Did find this in my 30s. Now getting to 50 i am still growing and learning. Anxiety of youth has gone. Now I appreciate life and focus on the best years to come. ❤❤

Sent the link to my college sophomore. Maybe she'll listen to you bc she sure as heck doesn't listen when I tell her the same things 😅.

Yes, 27 is a threshold for some reason. Looking back there has been so much to learn, and change is hard and painful, fast and random.
But wait, what? Skincare regimen?? (Don't have any feedback sorry!)
OK apart from that (!)... this channel, from the esthetic, color balance, audio, scope, script... insights, wisdoms. The presented Mia. It's so GREAT!
It's also true to my mind at least, your partner and you are a composite person, a symbiosis. So it really should be more than the sum of the parts.
So glad you and Matt have that. Ever so slightly jealous...
Jobs or business, paying for the future is my blind spot...as this is a big four-oh video I would say that will become your preoccupation, if not already.
Guilty admission - I had no idea you were anywhere near 40... Not that it matters in the slightest.

Every 7 years, women go through a “reinventing “ phase. Good for you to share your insights with viewers. Keep up the great work!

Almost all things I relate to, but I’m already 58 and lived a (too) full life until my body couldn’t anymore. I don’t have kids or a relation by choice but I’m always willing to help others and get a good feeling from that. But I do have a problem asking someone else for help 😂. Now I just enjoy whatever I can do and if that means that I need a couple of days to recover after doing something fun than that is fine with me. I’m just pleased with every friend or family member and everything I’ve got.
Congratulations on becoming 40. You absolutely look great. And also congratulations on the 50k followers (forgot to mention that last week) 🎉🎉🎉.

I'm 41 and have no life. Evidently I'm only around is to take care of my kitty. I feel old compared to others my age.

39 and I've felt like that often, like I don't count anymore because I'm not as attractive as I was, and I'm disabled with an invisible illness that alot of people think isn't real and just an invention of big pharma. I've tried all the therapy and psych treatments available and there's only one thing that's really helped: going out. It's terrifying and so far I've only managed to get into and then out of a toxic friendship and then fail to connect with people due to my disability stopping me from going out as much as out of sight is out of mind. I'm still doing what I can though, even if recently the most I can manage is to text one or two people and show up to a support group.
Cheap ideas: library events, town celebrations and farmers markets, happy hour at your nearest bar, karaoke or comedy night (can feel less awkward when other people are being ridiculous), classes at craft or home improvement stores, pool fitness classes, and my favorite senior centers 😄 even in my 20s I'd go there to make friends as I always get along with elderly people better.

Yes! I have constantly felt 'old' and was envious of people younger than myself and if they were younger than me and doing better than me that was a bad thing. Before I turned 30 I was stressing out that I should do an OE to the UK before the opportunity to get a working visa there expired. I didn't want to do it but the ageing made me feel I should do it (I never did it and went to Tanzania in my mid 30s instead). And then I had 7 years of infertility from my mid 30s to early 40s so for that time the constant message was that I'm old. I'm 46 now and right now I'm the youngest I'll ever be and my little boy brings youth into my life. But also there's joy in being old. It means wisdom and experience 😊

I totally feel this- there are a lot of emotions and pressures with "getting it all in". I'm so glad you have a little guy to keep things rockin' :)

I look forward to your informative and personal Tuesday talks. I ordered the trial for Proven...you have never steered me wrong on products and services. I am useing the Aura app daily and what a way to start the morning! Thanks for the sharing about what you have learned in your life. Top on my list is: "It's never too late to treat yourself" DH and I finally ditched our hand-me-down bedroom furniture. Today the new furniture was delivered and what a difference! Next week we get new window coverings. Another thing I learned is "Buy the best matress you can afford. It is worth it. The same for bed linens. A good bed and nice linens and a nap whenever possible is the ultimate luxury!. It is never too late to treat yourself special!!

Haha! The year I turned 27.
That entire year I kept saying “I can’t believe I’m 27! 27?!” Like, how did that happen?!
None of my other birthdays had that affect on me, even 50. So funny!
