Awesome. A familiar route. Been a while, though (COVID put a halt to much of my travels).
Yay a new tutorial so happy. Your videos are a total game changer!
A new great tutorial! You really changed my way to create videos! Can I just ask you if you are planning to develop a 1.3 version of Earth Studio Tools in order to solve the animation issue of the track size to compensate for camera distance? For me this is a BIG problem! Thank you for all your work!
Thank you. You are a genius. I will definitely be trying this out.
Welcome back!!
My magician is back. Eagarly waiting for your great tutorial on "Santa Monica - Google Earth Studio Traffic (w/ Blender)"
Fair enough - I guess I've been holding on to that trick for a while.
@@ImagiscopeTech 😍😍😍
Amazing job! A question: Is it possible to use your add on also for other project resolutions to make the video smaller (like 1536x432 = 32:9 ratio)? And is it possible to assign a paid variant you a custom variant of your python script? Thanks!!!
Assuming you have the KML file, would it possible to do any of this programmatically (in both Google earth and blender)?
When I try to export from blender @ 8:40 I get thrown an error. The only way to fix is to convert the curves to mesh.. is this an ok workaround? If not how do I fix?
Hi there, How can you create the start point of your route when the route goes BELOW the map?
For example I'm creating a route but it starts on a train station that is below the map floor, so it is occluded and can't be seen. And as far as I know there is no way in Studio to hide the map in order to see the route. How can I do it?
Thanks!

Use English settings in blender
Please help, when I install the addon I don't get the option to activate it. I already tried in several versions of blender. 😢
23:23 whenever I try to add color by following those same steps (clicking New and then going straight to Base color) it doesn´t work, I modify as much as I can the values inside the Base color box and none take effect. I have to deselect the Use nodes button first and only then it will let to the Base color changes to be visible. Any idea of what could be happening?
Thanks for these tutorials BTW, they are so cool and in-depth!👍
Hi there, I faced the same issue, but it's not really in issue, you need to just change the view in blender in the right up corner
@@e.ilyasse Change from object to edit view you mean? Thanks for the reply btw! :)
@@isaaccastillo5080 Display in material Preview mode, you will find circles in the up right corner of blender , Good luck
Hey ! Could you please help me ? i have a question to you. Do Google monetize channels make videos completely on Google Earth Studio with Google's watermark ?
Yes, but there are guidelines. Check the help section of Google Earth Studio
Hey Rob,
Recently I ran into this problem

for f in obj.data.polygons:
AttributeError: 'Curve' object has no attribute 'polygons'

Any help will be awesome.
Thanks in advance.
I just troubleshooted it.
It was because of naming the route path different from _GES_PATH.001 to something else.
😅
That's strange. It should convert any curve to a mesh for export (or you can do manually before export). Let me know if you have any other problems.
@@ImagiscopeTech Just dropped another error that I am facing in GES project regarding KML route import into blender. I have raised the issue in Github with screenshots. Would love to see your solution on it. Thanks for your work !!
