    As a Celtics fan, I highly disagree with the Chris Finch take. This coach has led a team with a 22 yr old star to challenge the defending champs. He’s the right guy for the job, give it some time.

      Wolves 2 All-stars, 6th man of the year, defensive player of the year and best defense in the NBA! Ant is carrying no one. They're just that good of a team!
      Denver on the other hand, murray and MPJ have been abysmal throughout this series so I don't even know how they made it a 7 game series in the first place. Gordon and jokic are the only 2 guys who are playing at their level offensively in Denver starting 5.

    I like what Jaden McDaniels was saying in one of his postgame interviews...the Wolves just need to stay even keel through Denver runs. They know Denver will make runs and they have to not panic and get off their game plan and continue to execute and play physical. NAZ is also due for a huge 25+ point game, hitting 5 threes, and a few highlight dunks.

    KAT is tough. Nice guy off the court, has had some tragedy multiple times. The stray voltage moments and emotional immaturity is tough. But if he can play within himself he unlocks Rudy on both sides and is the counter to trapping ANT. Scary to depend on him but we do.

      Yeah, no team has held OKC to such a low scoring number in the playoffs OR regular season, the whole year, and all of a sudden Mavs won because OKC missed 3s?
      One of the biggest differences is that SGA can't playmake and create open looks the same way Luka does. Individually SGA has been awesome but Luka elevates the team's floor.
      Why is that role players have career year with Luka? DFA, Bullock and Dinwiddie were key for the Mavs WCF run and since the trades nobody talk about them. Why is it that DJJ, PJ, Gafford and Lively are making such an impact? Would they play the same with SGA? Would Chet, JDub and others play better if they play with Luka?
      There is a reason Mavs' role players are playing better than OKC's and having a bigger impact.

    Nuggets fan but 50 year hard core and knowledgeable NBA fan that's lived in many NBA cities. This is the craziest series I've ever seen by far. I don't even understand what's happening. Wild largely inexplicable swings. I get that the current NBA lends itself to dramatic variation based outcomes because of the 3 but that was beyond. I will say that was the single most disgraceful and gutless performance by a defending championship team in a close out game on the road I've ever seen or know about. I'm guessing the facts will back that up. Here's my prediction given how insane this series has been. Nuggets blow out the Wolves in game 7 by 60

      @markkuzia6633 22 дня назад +4

      @@realone296 Jokic does cook everybody, however, he cooks Gobert better, faster, stronger because Rudy doesn't have the leg strength to contest his post moves. KAT has a stronger lower body base and offers some resistance which makes Joker earn it or holds strong enough for Minny to double. Gobert is too tall and gangly to play Joker in the post. I'll contend that Denver's primary offensive scheme will attempt to get KAT in foul trouble this weekend.

If Den can get the wolves to turn it over they win. Look at the 9-2 run at the beginning. But when MN is taking care of the ball it is a toss up. This series has outliers, AG had his best shooting games while KAT had his worse. MN bench did terrible when Den bench did great. Those 4 things going to average balance things out.

    Talking about lazy takes the Gobert got “cooked” is so tired. Watch the shots Jokic made Game 1 and name someone that would stop those throughout NBA history. Gobert is the reason the Wolves defense works, KAT is the point of attack since he’s a bigger body than gobert so jokic doesn’t get as good positioning, but gobert is like a free safety and just allowing nothing at the rim wether it’s jokic or others. He takes away the playmaking. Please can we cut the “cooked” talk you’re supposed to be a pod that’s more deep level than countdown!!! KAT has been the point of attack on Jokic since the wolves traded for Gobert! Watch basketball!!

Six games so far where literally one of them was competitive the majority of the game. The other five were competitive for a half or through 30 minutes, but not to where there was buzzer beater scenarios. That’s what I expected and it has been anything, but which is soconfusing because these teams were back-and-forth during the year except for maybe one blowout the wolves hat in Denver

    Interesting idea here. If Minnesota loses, let’s say KAT is good offensively but bad defensively. Is there a world where you can trade KAT, Conley & picks for KD? KAT and D-Book are best friends since college, KD is ANTs favorite player ever, the suns need a big and a PG. Minnesota could probably get another decent PG in free agency, and if KD is playing the 4 like how KAT does alongside gobert I’d argue Minnesota is better. And phoenix can have a better constructed roster while still contending

    • @nocturne311

      That would be horrible. Minnesota’s two big lineup is one of their main strengths, Gobert and Towns complement each other well and Durant is past his prime and injury prone.
