This was the era of the best Brazilian Players ever. Look how humble he is in comparison to the top Brazilian Players nowadays (2024)

What à humble legend, respect this guy
That AC Milan with Maldini was terrifying to play against. Kakha Kaladze, Alessandro Nesta, Massimo Oddo, Cafu, Alessandro Costacurta, Baresi, Jaap Stam! He formed some formidable defence with these guys over the course of his career that terrorised forwards both in Italy and across Europe.
Just reading your comment made me smile so hard in satisfaction. Many of today's folks have zero clue how incredible those defenders were and in my words, they were iron men at the back. They wiped the floor with some of the best attackers ever. There's a reason why Ac Milan has the second most Ucl titles after real Madrid. Tons of domestic titles too but man these are legends.
Nesta was an unsung hero
@@aidanjanemcintosh6919I agree. Nesta is one of the greatest center backs in the history of football. His marking ability is top notch. I wonder why he is underated.

Maldini was not underrated but surely was not talked about enough. The world has forgotten how great he was.
And Dear Roberto is so humble.❤ God bless him.
Cafu is so underrated; even when he was +30 years he delivered top notch performance (offensively and defensively) with a consistency that young wb couldn’t match currently
Hes not underrated, as this video shows
