They would have to join the union and they would have to get paid a certain amount. That was the main issue with reality shows in the first place. They were able to beat scripted programming ratings with lil to none of the cost. Now there may be "retro scripting" or a scene that's reset if it gets to heated to fast but there is not an actual script they read from

Sometimes the only opinion that matters is the one of your employer. What Vick said is true- if Kap ditched the Afro he would have a better chance of getting signed because the old school owners would respect him more. The sleeve tattoos don't help his cause either. Or wearing socks in training camp that have police officers as pigs on them. The bottom line is that Kap just isn't the owners cup of tea. And Unfortunately in the NFL, franchise QB's need to have a good relationship with the owner. Tony Romo lasted 15 years simply because he had a great relationship with Jerry Jones.
