As someone who watched The Real consistently, I believed Jeannie didn’t want kids because of a lot of things, especially because of her SA experience. She was still healing and taking time to herself (after the divorce) to forgive those who made her feel unprotected. Healing is not something that happens so quickly and I think after she got divorced she allowed herself to think about how to live without the heavy burdens of constant fear and plus a divorce in the mix? Im sure she just wanted peace. Anyone who has been through such trauma understands how difficult it is to think of bringing a child into a world you weren’t protected in. So I strongly disagree that she intentionally didn’t have a child with her ex-husband and when she married her current man it all magically disappeared because she wanted a mix race baby. That’s a very insensitive accusation to throw out there.
Ladies! Anytime a man divorces like this, it suggest that he did not want anymore chaos. If a woman is always in a manic state then its no peace.We are simple. Many women try to control situations they ought to leave alone.
