Jeezy is on a spiritual journey and refuses to sacrifice him anymore. Healing your inner child to grow is powerful. Operating on a higher frequency will cause you to leave people behind. This was a beautiful conversation. 🙏🏽🙌🏽💪🏾💫
THIS is the open dialogue that we need to see! True authentic vulnerable thriving black people learning and sharing their truth and experiences! The ‘podcast’ I didn’t know I needed! This is Gold!
As a black man!!! This was therapeutic. Well needed for myself and for many others. To our black ladies, we love you all so much and need y’all. And as a man; we must stop blaming others, take responsibility and simply….forgive! This will have a positive domino effect for many! Huge salute to Jeezy and Nia
As a white man!!! I feel you also, 33yrs old and growing up in west Baltimore city you see some shit to make you question love. This interview is so real & deep, you can tell they both enjoyed it
This was a therapy session for me just watching it, and like Nia Long said it’s very necessary for black people to have these conversations , I appreciate this so much ❤
This is a real conversation about real issues that we all need to have but many aren’t willing to be vulnerable or transparent enough to do so! Love it!
I had my reservations about watching this but those quickly went away as this conversation unfolded. I feel in debt to both these two, for allowing us to witness vulnerability, transparency and authenticity from people in the industry. This was beyond dope.
..i felt th same ..because not everyone wants to be nosey tryna find out more answers about their divorce scandal ..thas their personal business & my reservations stemmed from my respect for their business being their own by not jumpn on th nosey gossipn bandwagon, if that makes sense ..those reservations were put to rest once th realizations came into play, that is about way more than th recent gossip ..the transparency & vulnerability let us in a little, to who they are deep down underneath alla th flashing lights of th industry & steered us away from all of th latest rumors & speculations in th opinions of others. Him being one of my top few fav artists of all time & her being one of th greatest souls to walk th stage only increased my utmost respect, love & admiration for them both individually. This was a much needed dialect ..they truly delivered🥀🖤✨️
Nia is not a complete women she is a divorce women a man in womans clothing with the exception in this interview were she is not hiding it by wearing a man's coat/blazer she is grooming boys and she needs to pass those boys to thier father after 7 oh she said the F word that man is coming out of her
This was so powerful! Watching Devine feminine and masculine in all their love and understanding of self like Jeezy and Nia was nothing more than beautiful. Thank you and God bless you both for this, it was truly healing to me.
@KevenSylvain That's not a good idea. However chemistry is present . Nia never put marriage on the table, she has 2 kids by 2 different man and she is single. Facts 😊
@chellejohnson8880 It's all bad....the fact that she has 2 children out of wedlock and the fact that he has a criminal record. This is the problem with the black community. Men and Women are equally guilty. Instead of fixing the issue, yall wanna play tit for tat. Stop. Just stop. It's bad on both sides. We can and NEED to do so much better.
They need more famous folks to have this conversation. Cuz I’m sure no one would have thought Nia Long and Jezzy would sit down and have an entire conversation and have so much in common. More of these needs to happen
A lot of people are not good listeners. So many just want to be right. I have learned a lot just listening to both of them. I didn’t know anything about Jezzy until now. He seems to be a good guy. Just been through some things. And I can tell Nia has been doing her work.
They PRODUCED this! The way this is shot...the cinematography is everything! I also LOVE seeing them together. This conversation is so authentic and just feels right, healing.
MAN! This was a 🔥🔥🔥 conversation!!! Couple things, 1. Definite chemistry between these two and I am HERE FOR IT! 😊 2. I felt it in my SOUL when Nia said, “Some days I’m totally good. Other days I’m like this feels like So Much Work. And other days it feels like woman shouldn’t have to be this strong!!!! THRU AND THRU, that was a WORD!!!!!! Like Nia, the tears came before I realized they were there - that’s how much I felt that Word! 3. The dialogue really resonated with me personally! Thank you for that! 4. Lastly, There were so many statements that went DEEP. 🔥🔥🔥, thank you 🙏🏾 and I appreciate you both! 🥰
This was beautiful to witness. The safe and authentic space created by Jeezy and Nia feeds our collective healing and connection. Now let me go buy Jeezy’s book.

No arguing no dissing each other no over talkin. Just 1 grown man and 1grown woman having a heart to heart much needed conversation. This is what we need as a whole .
Thanks Jeezy and Nia because we need to have and embrace these types of conversations. Such a loving and open talk. Just listening to this is so healing and inspirational.
This interview has dark beauty, sophistication, vulnerability and a splash of down to earth black roots. I'm so humbled to go through all my emotions in this. Thank you ❤
This is a beautiful, transparent and vulnerable conversation btw two souls who supported each other in their efforts to continue to heal. I so appreciate Jeezy's honesty and vulnerability and Nia's safe space posture. We needed to see this loving and supportive conversation btw a Black man and woman. Thank you❤
This conversation was everything. I hope people, black people specifically, really watch this and HEAR the message. Thank you both for blessing us with this gem! 💕
I don’t think I have ever seen a black man communicate as clearly as Jeezy. What I mean by that is, the ability to be open, honest, vulnerable, say exactly what it is etc. this is inspiring. I also remembered seeing comments about this so-called chemistry between him and Nia. I watched this entire interview, and what I saw was simply two grown adults having a real conversation. I think the internet is always quick to stir up drama and make insinuations. Neither of them crossed any lines of flirting or anything. It was very professional and very real.
It comes out when we are talking to a woman who is unbiased, patient and understanding. Not someone downplaying our situations or our past . These are just a few of the reasons blk men who hold their feelings in.
Hearing Jay give Nia her 🌹🌹 making sure she knows how valued she is to her community. That was one of the most beautiful things to see. She is so humble that she didn't realise how loved she is. ❤️❤️ I love his honesty and integrity when talking about his children, his current divorce and looking towards the future. This conversation shows what a strong man truly is. The ability to be vulnerable and share that to the world is such a courageous thing.xx

This is one of the best interviews I have ever watched. More people than we may know have dealt with trauma. Be kind to people, please. It's what the world needs.
Third time this week I've shed tears listening to Black people talk. Love this. Wherever this takes you two, it is a blessing that the world needs right now.
Absolutely loved this conversation. Thank you Jeezy for being vulnerable enough to speak and thank you Nia Long for your willingness to be open and honest. We need more of this. #healing
This is what’s missing in the relationships between our men, and women. Grownup conversations, communicating, opening up to one another, being absolutely vulnerable! THIS will save us… I love it!
*One of the most important things that I have done as an adult is decide to look at my parents as JUST human beings. I’ve sat and thought about their stories, their trauma and their pain, the things they’ve told me and the things they may never tell me and it has helped me to understand that they are just trying to figure out life like me. We put them on pedestals because they are our parents but above that they are just human beings. I don’t have a great relationship with my dad, I could hate him for it but I don’t because I understand that people can’t give you what they do not have, for him to better than his own parents he would have had to make an active decision to do so and some people either don’t have the insight, the know how or the ability to see beyond their own pain, having a child doesn’t erase our parents trauma and I love MYSELF enough to not hate them for that.*
I resonate 100% what you wrote, this is why I’m able for it not to affect me so much as an older adult. We don’t have a handbook on how to love or parent, I love my parents for the people they are, none of us are perfect. I’m ok with the decisions my mother made and I’m not bitter, my father is a whole different story however when I look at his childhood I understand how he is. You are right, self love is the most important thing, once we do this, we won’t look to anyone else to validate us.
I think I just fell in love with Jeezy… The masculinity, vulnerability, the transparency, the raw emotion all wrapped up in INTEGRITY… Great job Nia…. This is definitely needed especially in Our community especially between the Black man and the Black woman. I want to see more from you both… Thank you
This is the realest conversation you didn't think you needed until you listened to it. perfectly imperfect, healing, peaceful conversation. Simply profound! I love when we love us❤
This conversation in our community is WAAAAY overdue!! Sending everyone healing light. We are all we got!! Gift yourself, yourself. Be good to yourselves, ya'll!!
Nothing more refreshing than watching 2 grown black adults both man and woman having a healthy conversation without triggered emotions or any unnecessary hostility. Voicing opinions and respecting each other's point of views. You guys should consider doing a podcast because this was good stuff.
Nikki Giovanni and James Baldwin in conversation on the PBS series SOUL!, was good like this too. To a bIk man and bIk woman have a healthy conversation is so refreshing.
Does anyone else feel the chemistry between them? Like two people finding themselves being open and honest with someone they realize they can trust and respect. This was such a genuine conversation, a healing experience and a growth experience for each of them.
I'm loving this! MAD CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THESE TWO. This is the visual that media doesn't want us to see. Two black people (man/woman) talking. Intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally they conversated with pure maturity and a sense of clarity that I hope we see again!
This is the key 🔑 . Every conversation is not an argument like Nia said . We need healing as a community and more conversations like this where we are be able to listen 👂🏾to each other . I love this so much , this was super authentic ! To our brothers we love you BIG ❤️
I know I don’t know yall but I love you. Nobody deserves to feel this way. 💜 I’m a woman who always believe in uplifting men. We have to work on healing trauma.
But she wasn't informed by this man that the marriage wouldn't and couldn't be resolved, repaired and indifferences out on the table. No he not of good substance. He corrupted. Anyway listen to the interview again. And let's pause and focus on sexual abuse . Do people really get the healing they need after they've been a victim of sexual abuse.??? They most likely make other people victims. Not by doing the same but anger, Exploiting and such. All triggers are activated
I love this. This was so deep and heart felt. I love how emotionally secure and vulnerable they both were. I pray nothing but success, healing, and strength to you Jeezy. 💐
I can honestly say this was one of the most powerful interviews that I’ve ever seen between our black people! I mean it hits so many points that all Black people can relate to. I commend both of these two black beautiful people for sharing their experience, and it definitely will help so many of us. Just a beautiful interview all the way around.
Completely speechless by the vulnerability of both of them. It was not an interview style which made it so much better but it was a conversation about life, maturity, adulting and forgiving. I'm in awe that had so many gems that people from all walks of life can relate to. I will be listening to it again and then sharing with others. Thanks for opening this door for those who desire to enter!!!!
This was a beautiful interview ,to see 2 black individuals having open dialogue sharing their truth and allowing vulnerability to be part ,is a beautiful. Love how they both shared with each other on how to overcome whatever the other person was trying overcome or given each other better ways on how to handle things. I like how Nia touch on forgiveness because forgiveness plays a major role when walking through a healing journey and forgiveness isn't for the other party its for self/you. This was Awesome!!! Very Mature interview.
I felt Nia When she said “I don’t want to be this strong” I know exactly what she is talking about Men. We don’t want to be the “strong one” we want to be our role as God chose us to be❤
I keep a meme on my phone that states, "A man who has the capacity to help her stop being super so she can finally be a woman." The image is of an exhausted woman laying on the sofa with an S (superwoman) emblem on her tee.
This interview was sooo dope !!!!!!!!!!! And this is coming from a seasoned Social Worker who's specialty is Mental Health and Spirituality!!!!!!!!!!!! Love these two humans engaging in a candid, genuine, authentic way. This interview was cathartic.

I didn’t think I would cry so much watching this but I did. This was a great conversation and is what some of us really needed to hear. Sending love to both Nia and Jeezy ❤
I don't see why you see or heard. It's appalling to hear this man destroy his family walk away because of his selfishness. He dated the women with his sound mind then wrote a book and threw his marriage away. No freaking way is he right for abandoning is family. Nia Long:smgdh
THIS conversation was one of the most powerful ones I have been privy to in my adult life. I laughed, I cried, and I recognized so many issues that I need to address for my own growth and well-being. It was authentic and meaningful. Thank you both for being so honest.
Thank you Jezzy. Thank you Nia. Thank you for your vulnerability. Thank you for your wisdom. Our culture, our people need these conversations like air.

Anything’s she’s in I watch. I’ve never heard her name in crazy bs and she so damn real!! NIA WE LOVE YOU💝 black women will always protect you babe. 🥰😘

What an empowering, enlightening, thoughtful, & encouraging interview. THIS was authentic. THIS was similar to the discussions black people had in the 90’s. No foolishness, gossip or ignorance. Just pure wisdom and Godly insight. Love this! Shed a few tears. This was beautiful, appreciated & needed. Thank you Mr.Jenkins & Ms.Long. The culture love you!
This is so stupid because Nia keeps cutting him off and keep finishing his sentences. She's listening to respond and not listening to understand. Now I see why she can't keep a man. 💯
@@jaybelurkinBecause it was a conversation not an interview, she understood him and connected with him, so she was able to finish his sentence…….Oh and Nia was with her ex for over 10yrs, his hoe ass couldn’t keep her!!
@londynstl1963 That's why he just dealt with her for 10 years. He been cheating on her from year 1. And her connecting with him has nothing to do with her just being quiet and listening.
❤Just remember that forgiving doesn’t mean that you have to return to that environment. Our loved ones won’t necessarily be on our level with spiritual & emotional growth. It doesn’t make you bad or void your forgiveness if you choose not to remain there.
This was a beautiful and healthy conversation.... One that we (Black men and women, particularly) should always strive for. Empathy, Love, Understanding, Peace, and Respect are the necessary foundational components.

Yea it is real not a tear down just real feelings and very emotional as well as deep
Thank you. We love you too & wishing all the best in what ever journey you choose...

We love you guys more than words can express. My husband, son, Son-N-Law,

Wow, one of the best conversations I heard in a long time. As a black man, we need this. JEEZY, Salute to you king. Nia Long thank you Queen.

Why did you have reservations?
@@Konkretelotusright, I’m asking the same thing
@SupernaturalLove100 sometimes it's hard to discern out here
Yet blessed be there is authenticity
..i felt th same ..because not everyone wants to be nosey tryna find out more answers about their divorce scandal ..thas their personal business & my reservations stemmed from my respect for their business being their own by not jumpn on th nosey gossipn bandwagon, if that makes sense ..those reservations were put to rest once th realizations came into play, that is about way more than th recent gossip ..the transparency & vulnerability let us in a little, to who they are deep down underneath alla th flashing lights of th industry & steered us away from all of th latest rumors & speculations in th opinions of others. Him being one of my top few fav artists of all time & her being one of th greatest souls to walk th stage only increased my utmost respect, love & admiration for them both individually. This was a much needed dialect ..they truly delivered🥀🖤✨️

Both of them was open in this conversation. This is what an honest and genuine conversation looks like. I hope you podcaster are taking notes.
It's also the sort of dialogue that happens when it's an intimate setting.
You can only have deep adult conversations like this with whole complete women like Nia. Nia is the epitome of femininity, grace and elegance.
Nia is not a complete women she is a divorce women a man in womans clothing with the exception in this interview were she is not hiding it by wearing a man's coat/blazer she is grooming boys and she needs to pass those boys to thier father after 7 oh she said the F word that man is coming out of her
Thank you the two of you are so realistic to life thank you for sharing openiness so very rare❤
Well said!
This was so powerful! Watching Devine feminine and masculine in all their love and understanding of self like Jeezy and Nia was nothing more than beautiful. Thank you and God bless you both for this, it was truly healing to me.
I love how Nia acknowledged Jeezy’s vulnerability and masculinity.

@KevenSylvain That's not a good idea. However chemistry is present . Nia never put marriage on the table, she has 2 kids by 2 different man and she is single. Facts 😊

It's all bad....the fact that she has 2 children out of wedlock and the fact that he has a criminal record.
I totally agree
Not really WE all need to engage in discussions of this nature
A lot of people are not good listeners. So many just want to be right. I have learned a lot just listening to both of them. I didn’t know anything about Jezzy until now. He seems to be a good guy. Just been through some things. And I can tell Nia has been doing her work.

Chemistry is simply Energy. Chemistry doesn't have to be intimate in nature. Their intellectual Chemistry/Energy was Fire🔥
I love his honesty and integrity when talking about his children, his current divorce and looking towards the future. This conversation shows what a strong man truly is. The ability to be vulnerable and share that to the world is such a courageous thing.xx
