if they did come from wealthy families - they are talking from the perspective of protecting themselves, not how they operate. The sons of the establishment - are taught to be low key, to talk positively of women etc. but they are also taught to pretend they are poor, go dutch - etc - all the things designed to sort out women who seek resources.

You can sum it up pretty well with the simple fact that most men think they are average 5 or 6 out of 10 right where as most women think they are an 8 to a 10 out of 10.

Those two male podcasters talking with Fresh and Fit are so damned Blue Pill and incredibly naive. They are disgusting.
Using the language of the person you are talking to is not a sign of weakness or you actually believing it, it is a communication technique to get the other side to see the problems with their own views.
It's a lost skill though, as you prove here, not even being aware that communication can happen on a hypothetical basis or that you do not have to defend and fight for your own opinions 100% of the time. That unwillingness to argue in the framework of the other side is one of the core issues you are complaining about. And you are a part of the problem.
