The downside of many small brands is that they often have very limited gauge options. I like thin poly like 1.20. I enjoy the feel, spin and arm comfort, but mostly I like the feel of thinner strings. I don’t mind restring little more often. Ytex looks interesting, but they don't offer such gauges.
Very nice. I wonder if you'd like what I use now even better. I do. ReString Zero and Torline has a few options as well. I never looked back. Way more spin, snapback and durability than any of these other strings. Wild, but it's true.
Do you have a racket for reference? Depth vs power here feels like a hard thing to say but I would say yes. Whereas I'd say no for the extreme tour for example.
Idk how to compare now it feels so far behind what I like. It's like my favorite strings but terrible tension hold and less spin. Not a fan. It's ok but I wouldn't ever buy it.
Oh shit I heard that rpm blast was creates by mistake and that is was just pro hurricane but after changing the colour it changed it play characteristics so they just called it something else
Yeah it's famous for that. Great when fresh then time to cut out. I prefer zero and wasabi both fresh but also long term. I just think they're both way better. I'm trying to get people on it to see for themselves. There's no reason I can think of someone would prefer blast to zero or wasabi unless the reason is they haven't tried it 😅
@@ZeroLoveTennis It's performance was 0k. I got good spin and predictable response, but after a few hours of court time the tension loss was huge. It is not worth that price. I got more time out of Cyclone.
@@ZeroLoveTennis I completely agree. I am switching to Zero and Wasabi pro hybrid. I customized a pair of Speed MPs and strung them with Wasabi Pro. Its perfection.

True. Restring and Wasabi both have 17 gauge. 1.23. Those are amazing.
Restring sync has 18 gauge, ask me how I know! (Accidentally ordered 18g instead of 17g)
@@artificial_commenter yeah, but they are not in Europe, so I don’t really care :)

Lol! Have a preference?
I love Ytex strings. Currently using square x sharp. More bite than Quadra twist.

I am thinking to buy aero 23 but I don't like too much spin moderate spin with flat shots as well
I like the 98 better than the 100 for this reason. Great spin but you can flatten it out well.
But does pa 98 give easy depth

I now use speed team want to change racket and I am too confused I want something with moderate spin power and sometime flat shots
I think the pa98 is a top suggestion. It's worth trying for sure.
Love your content keep it up
Thanks, will do!
I love RPM Blast but the poor durability is a killer for me.
fast to lose tension and then it will break after that. Not a fan.
How does the RPM Blast play, I heard the new orange version is even better!

I wonder! This could also be true, just part of the same story, right?
I’ve always thought rpm blast is rather perfect for a few hours until the coating dips on outta there

I did not enjoy RPM Blast at all!
Haha why not?

cyclone over RPM blast for sure. Zero over them all haha. Wasabi too.

Haha so awesome!
Thats why rpm blast is so overrated
It's a good reason lol
