@@filipvelkov6829 actually most the assassins creed games were pretty easy except for unity and altairs. the rest were a joke/breeze. so this is better because the stealth actually matters. and most asssassins creeed games the stealth matters very little. Hence why most videos of ac are just ppl failing at stealth and counter attacking their way through combat. in the latest ac games stealth is non existent. I doubt ubi will ever give us a game with this kind of quality and emphasis on mechanics.

How does the Samurai armor make it impressive? The gear buffs do kind of help in situations, but not that much.

AC is trash. and when comparing you have to make note that this is what ubi keeps saying they are doing but theyre not. Suffice to say Sucker Punch actually gave ac fans the game theyve been asking for. Thats why comparisons exist to show ppl that a company is trash and that you shouldnt buy from them when they deliver.

depends on the definition. He literally sacrificed everything for his people. Even his title, code etc.
As far as I know, that "samurai code" which is though to be involving "honour in the battlefield" or "mercy for those surrender" was not widely apparent until the start of the Edo Period, which corresponds to the beginning of the 17th century. Considering that the game takes place in the 13th century, "samurai code" for Jin would much likely consist of "devotion for the hierarchical commander/master" but other than that, as long as the enemy is defeated, the way how a samurai defeats them would not carry a significant importance.
I just wanted to give some information on that :] (based on my own knowledge of course, someone might come and correct me if I'm wrong)

True that. I could sit on a high point overlooking the whole camp and take out 8 guys just sitting there throwing wind chimes inside of closed of tents and behind places no one can see. It helps that they can hear that shit from so far away.
I once threw a wind chime into some bushes and then watched a mongol walk for 2 minutes to get there.
I killed one guy, the other guys came investigate and gathered in one close circle, so I killed all 3 with the toxic wind chime. So op, indeed.
You can take out more enemies with one firecracker and one black powder bomb.

i always wished for AC game based on medieval japan and good thing about this game is the Kamakura era, the rise of samurais and mongol invasion... if devs are planning to make a sequel of this game it should be based on Edo era which is my favorite japanese era

This game is a masterpiece. Got it about a year ago and didn’t really play it that much but the past few days I have played it so much. The combat is just perfect, and the story I think is really good aswell

None of this repeated hack & slash bullshit we have on the current AC games. Although the stealth is there (which is pretty mediocre) it just doesn't feel like an AC game anymore

TheMuzikTrail no it doesn’t. Ninjas and samurai coexisted. One was not born out of the other. Ninja and the hiring of ninja were considered dishonorable.

I know stealth kill isn’t part of a samurai’s code but I don’t think he breaks the code, he just bends it. He still fights enemies in standoffs and in combats. Not completely ninja assassin all the way.

That's some sick armor customization, what armor is it, what mask is it (the white one in the beginning ) & armor dye for them.
Hero of tsushima armor which is for deluxe edition, but you can get the deluxe upgrade for 10.99, which includes other stuff. Finally, the Sakai mask, white dyed. And Sakai helmet

The reason why I got this game is because it kinda reminded me of shadow of murder that I used to play on my Xbox 360 lol and there was samerai but then I got a ps4 and for 8 months I have been scouting for this game and I finnaly got it :)
Literally all i want now, is a mode where you can simply just oneshot enemies nonmatter what. That would TRULY make me feel like the most powerful Samurai in the Land.
That actually would be nice but then again I think that already exists with lethal difficulty (cause you can pretty much do that but the enemies can also one shot you as well, quite fun)

The detection is way higher than on hard
Faster detection and more npc will come after you once you are detected. On hard, even if I got seen I could dispatch the one or few that saw me kind of quickly, but on this the outpost will respond quicker. Tbh kojiro on lethal was a huge challenge if you are in to fun boss battles. It’s not as hard as the Valkyries from GoW or any late-game Bloodborne Boss, but he will one hit you with just about every move l.
@@zaccarter3801 I think Lethal mod is easier than Hard because every enemy goes down with one hit, yeah it is more realistic of course but after you finish the main story you do not really encounter big groups of enemy that can challenge you so my every fight takes like couple of seconds.

He kills with such beauty and style.
I not even been doing mane mission just going camps doing stand ofs wipping all out spend 2weeks doing this looking for all hidden parts before do real missions and taking my time with game enjoying the experience after 4weeks just done act 1

How are you cutting everyone's heads off so often? I have had it happen a handful of times is all. The higher your camera when hitting square button?
I experimented a little today and it seems that if you don’t touch the stick when you hit square button it happens more often. Not certain though. It could be with how long you touch or hold square button
It’s called “Slaughter” & it only works on Mongol leaders who haven’t already detected you.
I don't own the game yet (still deciding if I'm gonna buy it or not) and by watching some videos of stealth gameplay I really miss the Tenchu series, I hope they will bring back that series.

@@derekm5665 difference is though is that ac is heading towards an RPG route with more of a combat focus. The stealth in this game seems more reminiscent of Shadow of War at this point
FranticShooting I didn’t play too much of the “Shadow of” series.. but in regards to the stealth aspects of these games..when you cover up _a few_ of the design differences, what you have left is 2 games where your character can spec warrior, assassin, or a hybrid of both, by earning points and putting them into skill trees. Which is a great format, as repetitive as it might get it makes for a relatively enjoying and extensive gameplay experience.. I just don’t understand why everyone came to shit on AC when they’re clearly more alike than different.
