I’ve been trying to lose weight for years and it’s been a challenge. In the last year I’ve lost about 26kg. I took a break to complete my degree and fell back for about 2months. Today is my first day back and I feel so unfit😭😂. This video just made me realise that everyone goes through something similar. Thanks for the video!😊

I've been doing some of your videos since 2014 (maybe even 2013? I'm not even sure anymore), but never consistently.. and even though it's hard to admit that I've been struggling with this for 8 years, I have to remember that I was just a teenager when I started trying to workout, I didn't know I had ADHD and my life changed a lot throughout the years, so I shouldn't feel guilty for not being able to control every single aspect of my life in those turbulent times. I'm positive that now that I have a little bit more stability and I'm treating my ADHD I will be able to finally, once and for all, keep a consistent workout routine - and these tips help so much!! I'm gonna make an effort to remember all of them everyday. Thank you so much for everything, this is the one fitness channel that I always, ALWAYS come back to, and you're the best person my 14yo self had the luck to come across! 💗

Hi Joanna! It was just an accident having here in your channel 3 yrs ago! I got a fractured wrist back then and my doctor told me I need to be very careful not to fall! & I need to follow a few simple exercises (as my therapies gave me) to strengthen my bones. At first I started to follow these at home. Then I looked at YT if I could get some ideas to add to these few simples exercises:) Then the rest is history.
I am 53 yo, w/ small frame built but I am now having muscles and strength. My daughter (24yo) is now motivated to exercise because of the result she is seeing in me. I just follow your channel! I mix LI, HIIT w/ cardio & endurance. Plus outdoor walking, but I focus more on Strength for my muscles!
I usually exercise 4-5 days a week, but sometimes due to loaded schedule I skip 2-3 days but I make sure to walk whenever I am out of the house!
I never imagine exercise will be part of my lifestyle! And I am enjoying the process and the journey!😁

I think I came in somewhere around 8 years ago (I looked up the video😁). I found you because of your skin transformation videos through diet change. I had just had my third child and started experiencing adult acne. Your advice was sobering and your workouts were tough, but rewarding. You helped me change my diet, get disciplined, and get the baby fat off. I actually ended up in better shape than I had been since age 18! I even went on to get certified with NASM because of your inspiration. Love you, woman!!! Congratulations🎉

I feel confident and love how I sometimes feel. At the moment covid hit our home but other than that I am still moving in the yard and inside the home. I am grateful for the past three years of consistent gym classes of HIIT.

Everything you said is what im doing now. I always tell this to people. Too much diet and being so hard on yourself will only lead you to depression and eating disorders. This is the mistake i did before so i gained so much weight that i lost hope. Now i lost 20kg and im still not in my goal wieght and body. But I’m loving my journey and this time I chose a more sustainable lifestyle. Thankyou for your videos ❤️ You really help me alot

For 17 years I have been adapting my workout journey with life changes, and I always found myself enjoying what I do.
You have to listen about the real cues : I feel tired... Ok but what is it really about? Are you mentally or physically tired? Did you take time for yourself this week? Maybe you can just do some light pilates or yoga and feel how it goes... You might feel more energy after that 😊
