you have to lose the alternator anyways to get the belt off,you can do it without removing it,but why not giving yourself more space to acces it easier,is doable but without removing in is very very tight space to work,unless your fingers are like toothpicks,my hands are big and wothout oulling alternator off is impossible,im 6.4 so you can imagine my “small” hand 😆😆😆is easy job anyways
My next adventure! Also I noticed that vvti has that distinctive clatter when starting...I'm guessing that any vvti that has over 120.000 gets a little noisy. Anyway... great video 👍 thank you 🙂

That sounds exactly like the Alternator in my case, many others too
