For what it's worth, if you lower the hood little bit and flip the wiper up wiper arm comes up, no problem.
Thanks
I have a question. I have a question. I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla. I wanted to know if I'm on the right video. When I drove my car, when I hit a bump, railroad tracks my car sounds rocky like something is lose. I took it to my shop and they told me it's the front loading assembly. Is this the right video I'm watching so I can get it done. The shop said 900 dollars to get the front loading assembly done.
I’ve never heard anyone call shocks the loading assemblies.. I’m assuming your talking about the vehicles shock absorbers?
You did not show the complete procedure
A 2hr video would be too long
Hi, I just replace new absorber mount. When I jack down the car tire on floor and I can see the mounting top have a big gap. Is it normal?
@@thebar1985 thanks for your advice, I solve the problem after replace to Toyota original absorber mounting.
hi, i watched your video and have a question. I decided to replace the front strut assembly on my Kia Rondo 2008 and have been cursing throughout. the 3 bolts don't seem to align properly in the housing. 2 of the bolts went through the holes but the 3rd doesn't seem to go through because it looks like the black top part is not seated properly. It looks crooked and not centered. Can the top part of the strut be turned where I can try using different direction of the bolts in the holes. How do I align the bolts where they fit all 3 in their respective holes?
The studs on the mounting plate of the strut may be offset meaning it only goes in one way, or the strut is not the right one for the car.
@@Tech-28 I do believe the mounting plate is offset and needs to be turned to the correct position. I also saw a video where their is an arrow on a part of the mounting plate that should align with the bottom knuckle where the 2 bolts hold the wheel assembly. I will check tomorrow as I am exhausted and frustrated lifting a 26lb strut only to be disappointed not lining up with the holes on top. I guess you got to fail 1st to get it right later. We'll see. Thanks for the info.
What about the bracket for the brake line? It appears it was not screwed back in.
Must of missed that clip
Do you know what time? I looked serval times.
Do you have a time in the video? I looked several times for it.

No, when did you screw it back on, not take it off?
Did you have to get alignment after the install
It is recommended, any time steering or suspension is altered the alignment angle usually changes slightly
What is the torque spec on the knuckle bolts? Thanks
The two big bolts that mount the strut to the knuckle get torqued to 177ft lbs
How much torque are you putting into the bolt?
Which bolt?
@@Tech-28 the 22 mms ?
