Good job and yes a mechanic that takes the extra step to get the job done right the first time regardless of the extra time he takes is the best mechanic to have to service your car for your repairs

Those three bolts that came with the new water pump are slightly longer for the slightly thicker water pump.
It looks like the oil pressure sending unit is leaking a decent amount of oil.

My 2010 Corolla sounded the same when you first started it so in two days when I take it in it's gonna probably be expensive I'm sure because on top of everything else the anti skid lights are on with the check engine light because the A/C keeps peeing on my carpet for whole hot summer I thought it was just the drain hole clogged but it's way up inside under the dashboard and now the squealing noise on top of everything else. Chaching $$$$

Toyota will turn on several warning lights when only one issue is actually the problem, also that’s very unfortunate about your ac leaking, I hope the dash doesn’t have to be removed, thanks for watching

@@jonwillfixit I thought you'd have more subscribers but ad me to I think you do honest work and that's rare to find these days! Here in Coastal south Carolina hits hit or miss and I have to deal with what's closest which is NTB which always seem to pad the bill. But at 62 I only know how to fix the much older American cars of the mainly 60-early 70's era

The big minus of this good job is not shown properly belt tension. It could be mark up on tension bolt before job start, or use special measurement device designated belt tension by it’s deflection on lower part of loop.

Why did you use Duralast brand water pump and serpentine belt? Aisin OEM water pump and Mitsubishi OEM belt are better quality and last longer. Cost a little bit more but you get what you pay for.

I agree, its funny you say that because i put a duralast WP on a Bronco & it instantly overheated, long story short they didn't press the impeller on it lol, since then ive been using better parts, i actually have a video that just come out if you would like to see it, i put an Asian WP & timing belt on a Honda Pilot 3.5

I think when you see waterpump leaking or bearing making noise then u change, corolla 2010 I think it use timing chain and you don't need to replace it (timing belt or timing chain) hope this help
