I had an idea for a drone 2.0. a single drone fired that's a container of mini drones, before hitting its target it splits open and a cluster of tennis ball sized drones are released, doing more damage to specific areas of its target.
In StarGate Atlantis they had mini drones.
Imagine all this tech and weaponry and still lose to the over glorified life sucking humanoid bug and got ass kicked back all the way to milky way.
