    theres not a single goddamn part of this factory that is within reach of my understanding. synchronization of rotors/hinges? if i spend about an hour maybe ill get close. timer blocks? a bit out of my league. automated assembly lines? the concept alone is intimidating. mechs? utter witchcraft. to me, this factory is eldritch in its complexity, and for that, i offer my sincerest congratulations, my utmost respect, and perhaps, even a small amount of fear. incredible creation. i hope to one day achieve a mere fraction of your skill.

    This is an amazing show of game knowledge and patience, Even just the timer blocks for the functional components for construction of the Mech must have taken ages.
    Then you've got the mech it's self, Which is pretty neato (Too bad they aren't as effective as they are cool.)
    And to top it off you went ahead and chucked in a bunch of unnecessary (but cool looking) decorations & Stuff.
    I can imagine there were a few mishaps in construction with all the moving parts, a bit of clang here a bit of loading safety saves there... (Unless you're some kind of god beyond clang.)
    I tried my hand at making an automatically expanding Solar farm (One that uses scripts for solar alignment.) Getting it's resources from
    an automatic tunnel bore heading into a planet. Which'd allow for a slow linear increase in power availability.
    It didn't work. Period. I might've been able to get it working with enough time, but I just didn't have the patience to deal with it. I salute you, you mad-lad.

    Its hard enough to make a mech walk, let alone legitimately build an assembly line for it

  • @aidanmatthewgalea7761
    @aidanmatthewgalea7761 2 года назад

    the mastery in this is not in the mechanisms or even in the mechs made by this
    it's the sheer coordination and how smoothly this works whilst also hosting other details that are all but unnecessary for the function over fancy that most new players like. it's so well coordinated it almost looks a spitting image to a real factory on earth

    This factory in a mountain, and then the gates of the production lines open for the manufactored mechs...

      I agree that they have their shortfalls, but its still one of the best games out there to realize your designs in my opinion. It was pretty fun to make it work and make the arms come out and work, only annoying part is figuring out why it doesn't work for everyone, or only works sometimes.

    • @ApologiesSE
