    Tried your recipe and they turned out to be very good. Much better than the frozen ones in the market. Didn’t have an egg, but it worked just fine. I was wondering what other cheese could be used instead of parmigiana? . It is so expensive

      Wonderful, so glad you loved them. You can definitely sub in a romano or asiago could both work. A Grana Padano would work too, but not sure if that would be any less expensive than parmigiana

    Omg! 5 stars! Spaghetti tonight but they will be awsome as a sandwich! I baked them in the pellet
    smoker at 400, 35 mins, made 39 meatballs

    Just made them, followed recipe but added crispy french onions, d'lish
