i made these for the first time last week for meal prep and my husband highly requested them again for this week. I blend the onions in the food processor, a lot faster and that way no one bites into a chunky onion piece. thank you for the recipe!
These are soo good!! I used 1LB of ground turkey and added 1/2 a pack of HOT taco seasoning. They turned out soo good!! Meal prepping this every day now :)
I really can't digest Meet.. I had to give up red meat completely.. And i'm only going to cheat on the holidays with turkey.. So this year i'm making ground turkey meatballs.. I literally make the best red meat meatballs.. But thank you so much for this recipe. So that I will be able to have meatballs and still have them look moist and delicious.. I'll update when I try them at This christmas 🎄 2023

I’ve been on a ketovore diet and within 3 months I dropped 30 lbs and testosterone way up. I appreciate what your saying, I just find there’s a lot of misinformation around saturated fat. I feel much better when I eat a high fat diet, and interestingly enough I’ve lost weight adding more animal fat and MCTs to my diet.
