same dude. Extremely underrated. To fit your macros you can simply add in more rice or turkey. I literally bought a book on meal prepping that i only use one from because the meals just aren't simple enough. They call for way too many ingredients that I don't use very often so they end up going to waste. This guy's meals are realistic ingredients and the meals seem easy enough.
I agree, much better than a lot of other very popular channels. I like how he sneaks in a fuck or two here and there as well. Great value to these videos. Thank you good sir for helping to enrich the lives of others! ✊🏻
I always appreciate how straight to the point you are. No need for 5 to 6 minutes of talking and explaining every ingredient in depth and how often you use the ingredients and whatever other dish blah blah blah. Just give us the ingredients, show us how to cook it, and done!
Dude, I'm all in on what you're doing here. I think this might be the best meal prep channel I've ever seen. Glad I found you brutha; much appreciated🙏
I love that you're equally open with your dislike of vegetables and understanding that we need those micronutrients and fiber. This is an excellent channel.
Josh you have changed my life. I thank you for these great recipes. I’ve been working out for 1.5-2 months, and these meals have been a crutch for me. I have lost 4kg and gained 1-1.5kg of muscle so far thanks to you! I always adjust these recipes and add less rice and add WAY more meat and veggies instead. LOVE the calculator on your site!
Omggg. I made this and it was sooooo good. I am OBSESSED with this flavour now and it was really so easy to make. I didn’t add green beans BUT i did add more zucchini and orange peppers as well. Still tasted so amazing. Thank you so much for sharing!!!!❤️
I just made this recipe and I just have to rave! It was so dang good! Absolutely delicious and filling! I used lean ground chicken instead. Great combination. Can't wait to try another. Thanks so much!! 👊
I just did this one but instead of turkey I did garlic an herd baked chicken, I used my rice cooker an I did 2 cups of rice an 2 cups of chicken broth with chopped up garlic and onion powder, I fired the onion, pepper, an zucchini then took the juice from the oven baked chicken an steamed the veggies in it I love your meals and I will be trying a lot more of them with my own little twist, keep up the great work you have made this a lot more easy on me an helping me be more creative in the kitchen
Found this channel yesterday, subscribed immediately and proceeded to watch all your videos. As someone else said, this channel is definitely underrated. My husband and I love your content and we’ve already gotten so many good ideas from you. Thank you! Now I’m off to your website to see what hidden gens I can find there.
This worked perfectly just as stated in the video. Took me 1h50min including clean up and eating one of the servings. The sauce was fantastic and overall taste was very good. This stuff really works and yes, u dont taste the vegetables much :D
I really wish I could shake your hand!! I am literally eating this right now and I can not believe how delicious this is!!! Sir you have really inspired me on my weight loss journey tremendously!!! Thank you!!
Thank you!!! Finally a meal that my 5, 9 and 13 year old kiddos actually enjoy including hubby and myself…he went back for thirds! Thank you! Will be back for more
1:48 It's the other way around! It's the same concept as 3:22. If you let the water come out of whatever you're cooking, you'll haves less browning. Salt after you browned the vegetables as well.
I like how it was so simple as a beginner meal prep person I find lots of people like to have sooo many steps to doing meal prep and I get easily overwhelmed this was simple 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I wish I found your channel before i ordered a $200 of prep meals bc I suck at making meals. But your stuff actually looks easy, creative and tasty vs the non-tasty looking "dreck" meal prep vids out there. Thank you!
This is my first video I'm seeing from you and it was awesome and VERY well-made, written, and shot. Lots of meal preppers tend to drag on about some bs I don't care about, but you got right into the recipe and showed the key points of cooking it. Great stuff. +1 Sub.
I made this today and ate one for lunch, have 4 for the week ahead. Amazing recipe, thank you. The video is easy to follow, and your website has a great feature to adjust the measurements based on how many servings I need. Subscribed and definitely making more of your meal prep dishes. Cheers!
Thank you for the tip regarding not breaking up turkey right away. I have been missing this and have to reduce out the moisture unneccessarily. Thank you!!
Just found this channel and I'm about to be making every single one of these. I love cooking meal prep but sometimes hate spending 2/3 hours of my Sunday cooking and cleaning. I wish I found this channel years ago P.s. I loved watching the pot slowly slide off the burner before Josh moved it back
Absolutely delicious 😋 I will have to double the ingredients next time I make this; which will be very soon. My family loved it. There was nothing left because they ate twice. I did not add salt or pepper. Your sauce gave it so much flavor. Thank you for this amazing recipe ❤❤
I found that reheating in the microwave using the "Melt" option cooks meat slower and doesn't dry it out due to cooking at 50% power. This works great for leftover steaks, too!
A MA ZING 😫 been working out for over a year now at the meal prep stage now love how your straight to the point, easy to follow and the foods great I appreciate you fr
So glad I stumbled upon your channel. Very informative and genuinely super structured. As a meal-prep-er, I enjoyed this, and the logic/health-awareness behind the meal. Thank you! Def subbing.
I have some advice cut down the veggies more minced. Use a nonstick pan slide off to the side in the pan after they are cooked down add the turkey with seasoning of your choice. Cook on medium while mixing everything together and continue to mix and chop turkey making small pieces. Five to 6 minutes in add Worcestershire sauce not to much not to little. I just use Goya adobo flavoring. Minced fresh garlic helps give more flavor. Total cooking time is around 10 to 12 minutes. Add it to rice, lettuce wraps, or even over a baked potato. I do this about 3 times a weeks. It’s filling, healthy, and delicious.
I just cooked this recipe and holy cow! Had to swap the turkey for chicken but it came out really good! Major kudos for you my friend! I'll definitely try your other recipes! Thank you!
Holy sh*t, I just made this horribly, in comparison to you, yet it still turned out amazing. Can’t even imagine the taste after I eventually perfect it. Nice Recipe!
Another way to cook rice without a "cooker" is to take a baking safe dish (casserole style) add rice, water, seasoning etc, cover with foil and bake 375 for 1 hour. Nice and fluffy every time!
Your videos are motivating me to want to start meal prepping myself. I have the problem where everyday after work im too tired to making food, and end up eating fast food or something else that's unhealthy. I weant to start meal prepping so i could just go home, and grab one out of the fridge every night rather than resorting to fast food.

This channel is so underrated. I thought I was watching a channel with millions of subs based on the production quality!
