- We are deep in the city of Stockholm and hitting up Delta Gym for one of the first meet-ups of the trip. Delta Gym is a hardcore bodybuilding gym and much like Dorian Yates Temple gym, the lifting floor is downstairs with smaller individual rooms instead of the massive warehouse set ups we have seen pop up all over the world recently.
After training we get lunch and then take the short boat ride to Birka Island where we get an awesome education on the Vikings, their lifestyle and how brilliant they were to be able to travel the world and trade with other cultures.

Cool to see you guys in Stockholm hope you had a good stay. It was a really tragic incident little over a year ago at Delta, an idiot shoot a man there he was supposed to kill an other man but the guy who was shoot stepped in and tried to take the gun and was shoot and later died at the hospital.

Branch needs to lighten up the weight on that T bar rows and use proper technique instead of lunging his chest forwards to complete the movement !! Proper technique over ego is always best!!
