Superb last lift the extended pause meant it was 'all power' no momentum. Nice. Good call on the shoulder exercises, i have had concerns as a PL coach over the year at the benefit versus the risk of doing those type of exercise, data tends to suggest, 'just' flat benching is enough to max a bench PB, great to watch.
That is about as perfect and inspiring training environments can get !!. What I would give to spend one hour in there with the knowledge and talent that’s gone together . Really enjoyed this
