- Kya aapko pata hai aap ghar par bana sakte hain ginger beer? Voh bhi sirf 3-4 cheezo ke sath? Haan, unmein se adrak ek hai aur ek cheeni. Dekhiye yeh aasaan recipe aur banaye ginger beer ghar par. Iss recipe wali beer mein alcohol level bohot zyada nahi hoga, takreeban 1-2% hi hoga, magar yeh aapke pett ke liye kaafi acchi hai. Esi drinks ko Pro-Biotic Drinks bhi kehte hain. Agar aapko strong alcohol wali ginger beer ya koi aur beer chahiye toh neeche comment section mein bataiye aur hum uspe jaldi se jaldi video banane ka try karenge. Toh chaliye, banaiye yeh ginger beer aur apne dosto ke sath share karna na bhoolen, video bhi aur ginger beer bhi!

This is amazing.... I prepared this but carbonation process is very fast of Ginger Beer and my 1 Red Label's bottle was blast within a 12 hours. 😊

Yes you can store some ginger bug for future use but you should refrigerate it. Yeah you can add wine yeast with sugar to increase the alcoholic level

maybe it got oxidised and it's better if you make ginger beer and not wine since high alcohol volume with ginger wont go well

It will have alcohol but the quantity will be less. Like 1%

You have to evaporate the alcohol present in the beer. For that you need commercial equipment in order to not lose out on the flavour

Hey help me plsss,I made this for my dad,it's been 7 days and it's ready,it's quite fizzy,but there are some sediments in the bottom,I think it's yeast,what do I do? Should I drink with the residue or somehow filter it?
If you want, you can transfer it to another bottle very slowly so that you don't lose the carbonation and you get rid of the sediment. But if you just store it in the fridge and drink it chilled, just slowly pour it directly into the glass with ice and enjoy.
What I mean to say is, the yeast and the sediment will stay below and this way you won't lose out on carbonation too (just like I did in the video)
I have also uploaded a siphoning video today so you may refer to it as to how to transfer from one container to another.

Once after 48 hours, please keep it in the refrigerator and just in case you plan to keep it out for long, don't forget to open the cap once or twice everyday. I suggest you consume it within 2 weeks of brewing

You may use yeast. You can refer to our other videos where we have used yeast and see how to use yeast

Do you mean glass* jug? You can definitely store it in a glass jug but please remember to open the jug everyday two times so that the gas is released. Otherwise it will over-pressurise and it may even burst (we don't want that)

Hi there..
In order to avoid non activation of yeast in that ginger bug you made at the beginning, can we add actual yeast. Also you mentioned that we have to add ginger every 24 hours, but you did not say when to stop. Clarification required.
You may add ginger for up to 5 days. If you add baker's/wine yeast, then the yeast from ginger will be affected by it.
Also is it okay if i use normal white sugar instead of brown?

If you refrigerate it, you can store the final product for 2 weeks until you finish it
Ginger is an antibiotic, it can be stored for long without any problem

We can make Ginger Bug . But, can we use dry yeast powder available in the market .... If yes, then how much quantity we need of that.
Also, beer is incomplete without its froths on top. In your video, it doesn't show any froth. Is there any method where we can also create froth .
This is a ginger beer, it will not hold proper froth as you want. I will be making a proper beer video soon
