      आप के इस सवाल को जवाब दिया तो था।
      फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब से ज्यादा अच्छा काम ये रैप शीट करती हैं। लीक होना का कोई डर नहीं।
      बहुत सारी बड़ी कंपनियां कंटेनरो पर कंडोम लगाकर फर्मेंटेशन होने के लिए वाइन को रखती हैं।
      अगर आप को लगता हैं कि फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब का लगाना बेहद जरूरी है और फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब लगाए बिना वाइन नहीं बन सकती तो आप अपने कंटेनर पर लगा लीजिए फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब।

      Khand is a raw Indian sugar which is healthy and ayurvedic.
      That was yeast not East or West.

      आप बंध कमरे या रसोई में भी बना सकते हो। Strong बनाने के लिए आप थोडी चीनी की मात्रा बढ़ा दीजिए ध्यान रहे चीनी की मात्रा बहुत ज्यादा नहीं बढ़ानी है। 2 लीटर बीयर के लिए ढाई सौ ग्राम चीनी काफी रहेगी।

      I am use to drink these wine and there is quite good content of alchole and don't think u suppose make more strong, if u try to make little more strong then u can add little more sugar, do not try to add much suger otherwise ur wine will become sweet and will take longe time to be done

      Add teaspoon sugar in a bottle and keep it in the fridge for a week. (There must be sume yeast left in the bottle).

    Hello Sir...I tried to make ginger beer,,but the ginger I added is not so dry..when chopping got juice in it....5 days added ginger and sugar after that air tight for 3 days but no much gas found after 8 days..is it because wet ginger??
    After 8 days transfered into soda bottle,,,3 days now cannot find any gas formation inside...I doubt ginger yeast is not present...can I add home made yeast from raisins?? Please advice sir

      गन्ने के रस को गर्म करके एक बर्तन में घुमाया जाता है। इसे पानी और दूध से इसमें मौजूद गंदगी या मौल को साफ किया जाता है। इस तरह खांड भूरे रंग के पाउडर के रूप में तैयार हो जाता है। चीनी में केवल मिठास होने के आलावा कोई भी पोषक तत्त्व नही होते दुसरी तरफ खांड काफी पोष्टिक होती हैं।
      आप इसे गुड का चूरा भी कह सकते हैं।
      आपके पास खांड अगर नहीं है तो कोई दिक्कत वाली बात नहीं आप मिश्री का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं मिश्री भी काफी पोस्ट होती है।

      Phale 8-10 din bhar kisi garam kone mein rakheye fir frizz mein rakheye 5 din ... Subse acchi wo rahege ... Adrak ka taste bhi kum aayega or taste kaafi aacha hone k saath saath clean bhi ho jayegi

      कुमार साहब यीस्ट पेट में जाएगी तो गैस बनाएगी जिस से गंभीर पेट दर्द, सीने में दर्द या सरदर्द हो सकता हैं। उल्टी भी हो सकती हैं।
      वाइन में फर्मेंटेशन रुकने के बाद वाइन साफ होने लगेगी। रंग रूप वाइन का बदल जायेगा, सुंदर दिखने लगेगी। यीस्ट नीचे बैठ जाएगी। वाइन जब अच्छे से साफ हो जाएगी तो वाइन को यीस्ट के अपर अपर से निकाल कर पी सकते हो। यीस्ट नीचे ही रह जायेगी।
      ये तकरीबन जिन वीडियो में वाइन को निकाल कर चख कर वाइन का स्वाद साझा करता हुं उन सभी वीडियो में बताया गया हैं।

      Alag se bana kar refrigerator mai rakh sakte hain ..... Ek saath bhi daal sakte ho lakin fermentation shru hone mai time lagega .... Jis se saara k saara wort kharab hone k chances jyada hote hain.
      Wase bhi ub yeast market main available hain .... Uska use krna chaheye.

      Ji beer bann sakti hein lakin aap iss beer ko adarak se yeast bana k he banayega ... Ya fir 10 -12 din ferment krne k baad 5 din frizz mein rakhne k baad he peejeye taaki yeast acchaye se bottle ki tali main bath jaye ... Beer clean milegi humai

      YES, it is completely Legal to make wine or brew beer at home in India for personal use except in states where it is banned like Bihar, Gujarat, Lakshadweep, Manipur, and Nagaland. No law states in India that you cannot brew beer or make wine at home but this is only for personal use and not for commercial purpose.

      Yes u can use barle wheat as they contains starch, starch is a fermenting sugar or u can even use raisins

      Bhai ji video mein bataya gaya hein ek hafta garam jhaghe pr rakhne k baad freeze mein rakheye taaki fermentation theak se ho jaye .... Fermentation theak se nahi hogi to beer meethi rahegi

      Kuch din frizz mein rakhne se beer mein mojud yeast bath jayegi kuch kuch tight ho jayegi neache bath kr bottle kum se kum helate huwe gilass mein daal kr pejeye ..... Neche ki kuch beer kharab jayegi peene layak nahi hogi.
      Agar decant krte ho to beer ko carbonate krne k leye aap ko keg chaheye ga or carbon dioxide cylinder.

      Iss mein 6% k aaspass alcohol hein .... Thodi se sugar jyada daal kr or thodi strong bana sakte ho. Sugar jyada bhi add nahi krni kahi socho ek bottle ko he kaafi strong bana leya jaye
