आप के इस सवाल को जवाब दिया तो था।
फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब से ज्यादा अच्छा काम ये रैप शीट करती हैं। लीक होना का कोई डर नहीं।
बहुत सारी बड़ी कंपनियां कंटेनरो पर कंडोम लगाकर फर्मेंटेशन होने के लिए वाइन को रखती हैं।
अगर आप को लगता हैं कि फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब का लगाना बेहद जरूरी है और फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब लगाए बिना वाइन नहीं बन सकती तो आप अपने कंटेनर पर लगा लीजिए फर्मेंटेशन ट्यूब।

Khand is a raw Indian sugar which is healthy and ayurvedic.
That was yeast not East or West.

आप बंध कमरे या रसोई में भी बना सकते हो। Strong बनाने के लिए आप थोडी चीनी की मात्रा बढ़ा दीजिए ध्यान रहे चीनी की मात्रा बहुत ज्यादा नहीं बढ़ानी है। 2 लीटर बीयर के लिए ढाई सौ ग्राम चीनी काफी रहेगी।

Hi brother I'm always follow your recipe and try to making wine but alcohol not enough so what to do at moment pls.
I am use to drink these wine and there is quite good content of alchole and don't think u suppose make more strong, if u try to make little more strong then u can add little more sugar, do not try to add much suger otherwise ur wine will become sweet and will take longe time to be done

Hello Sir...I tried to make ginger beer,,but the ginger I added is not so dry..when chopping got juice in it....5 days added ginger and sugar after that air tight for 3 days but no much gas found after 8 days..is it because wet ginger??
After 8 days transfered into soda bottle,,,3 days now cannot find any gas formation inside...I doubt ginger yeast is not present...can I add home made yeast from raisins?? Please advice sir

आपके पास खांड अगर नहीं है तो कोई दिक्कत वाली बात नहीं आप मिश्री का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं मिश्री भी काफी पोस्ट होती है।

कुमार साहब यीस्ट पेट में जाएगी तो गैस बनाएगी जिस से गंभीर पेट दर्द, सीने में दर्द या सरदर्द हो सकता हैं। उल्टी भी हो सकती हैं।
वाइन में फर्मेंटेशन रुकने के बाद वाइन साफ होने लगेगी। रंग रूप वाइन का बदल जायेगा, सुंदर दिखने लगेगी। यीस्ट नीचे बैठ जाएगी। वाइन जब अच्छे से साफ हो जाएगी तो वाइन को यीस्ट के अपर अपर से निकाल कर पी सकते हो। यीस्ट नीचे ही रह जायेगी।
ये तकरीबन जिन वीडियो में वाइन को निकाल कर चख कर वाइन का स्वाद साझा करता हुं उन सभी वीडियो में बताया गया हैं।

YES, it is completely Legal to make wine or brew beer at home in India for personal use except in states where it is banned like Bihar, Gujarat, Lakshadweep, Manipur, and Nagaland. No law states in India that you cannot brew beer or make wine at home but this is only for personal use and not for commercial purpose.
I make it but why there is a bad smell in the beer can you tell me tha reason?
Keep the beer bottles in the fridge for some more days, till it gets clean properly then taste it and share your experience with me
