Good to see that you finally came up with beer Brewing Video........ Since you used homemade malt at different roasting temperatures which includes a darker malt (probably above 20 SRM), the perfect name in my view for this type of ale would be "Citra Amber Ale"........... You can't call it stout as stout is a full bodied beer which has better mouthfeel with roasty, chocolate and coffee flavor, with very little tart. Few more suggestions from my end...... Keep mashing temperatures at 65°c if you are doing continuous mashing....... Else you can also go with step mashing which goes like 38°c for 15 min, 53°c for 30 min, 65°c for 30 min and 75°c for 10 min just to mash out (don't exceed than this). Since you did your first addition at 30 min, it must be low in bitterness (probably 14 IBUs), I would recommend to go for 13gm at 60 min boil start for this particular batch size and remaining 12gm at flame out. Hops has alpha acids and aroma oils, during the boil the aroma oil gets released in air leaving bitter alpha acids. And one more thing, squeezing the bag little bit won't release bitterness from grains (I do it and never experienced any such). I would also recommend you to use regular soda or soft drink plastic bottles, they are good to use, BPA free and can hold good pressure, just need to store them in a dark place. I would also recommend to try beer clearing, though I like uncleared as it has more nutrition in it, but sometimes to give a nice appearance, I use gelatine for the same, works pretty well. Just like yours I also prepared Citra Amber Ale and my batch size was 16 liters.......... Let's catch up for a taste test.
Bro, really good work. I am impressed by the dedication. I just thought of DIY - beer and came across this video. 35 mins worth it :) Keep up the work!!!
I am a home wine maker and Ginger beer, up till now I have been successful in making the following wines: Banana, Carrot, Beetroot, Apple not exactly cider, Pineapple, Watermelon, Grapes, Rose from bottle syrup, Tea, unsuccessful with papaya, lichi and ripe jack fruit. India's first brewing ingredients site might be use full, I order everything from Amazon.

Nice one bro❤ .. keep it up.. i am working on cruise, we have brewery on cruise.. and i am bartender with brew master. This is easy and low costing method for all beer lovers who want to brew their own beer at home.. good explanation.. best of luck ❤
Really detailed and easy to understand. try adding english caption so that PAN india, people can understand. I think you should do an analysis of different types of German beers, mostly wheat ones..#giveaway.
Some more tips - Don't use a strainer to get the hops out after fermentation. Keep it sealed. Cold crash to get super clear beer. That's the standard way to clear beers. Also instead of adding priming sugar straight to the fementer, make a sugar syrup and add it. It mixes easier and there is less risk of contamination. Ingredients - maybe this video is old. Now you can every single ingredient online in india.
I have some questions. Why the colour of the beers we buy are lighter than what you’ve made also adding only sugar is enough for carbonation or do we need to add co2 for the fizz?
I saw your both videos for making beer from barley. You have given very good and detailed information. I used 1kg barley , 4 ltr water, 400 gm sugar and 3/4 spoon of CN36 yeast. Was it ok. Day before yesterday I put it for fermentation, but till today no bubbles coming out. Any reason ?
Yeast is healthy because I used it to make ginger beer. May be on first day the cap of container was loose. I was getting the smell. Now what should I do with the liquid. Still no bubbles.
Give away mst hai bhaiya ji... Plz mai bahut interested hu ye bnane ke liye... Mai bhi lock down me bahut se wine bnaya... Mujhe is kam me bahut mja ata hai.... Good luck bhaiya ji aap bahut achha btate ho
Bro, this was a great video. And you've put a lot of work in making this video. 👍👍👍 you have a new subscriber now. I have a special request for you, consider taking it incase you like. Just few days back I was diagnosed with celiac disease which is basically an allergy from gluten protien (a protien found in wheat and barley), so this means that I couldn't consume any commercially sold beers. But to my luck, beers that are made without Gluten also exists, but unfortunately its almost impossible to find them in india (except for someplace in Goa). Now because of this, I've been trying to find a way to self-make a beer which would exactly replicate the taste of a Gluten containing beer. I know that commerical Gluten-Free beer makers add some sort of enzyme that breaks the Gluten Protien in a Gluten containing beer, but ofcourse that is hard for homemakers todo. So, my thoughts to you is, that can you try and make a Gluten-Free beer at home by using ingredients that are non-Glutenious?? With ingredients like - Millet Grains, Corns, or etc of that sort, which would nicely substitute the taste and feel of a Gluten containing Beer? I'm sure if there would be many people out there all around the World who would need some source of help on this, especially in india, where its hard to get Gluten-Free beer making kits or beers easily available in the market. A reply from you would be nice to see. Cheers 🎉🎉👍 and happy brewing. And thanks again.
Can you please tell the ratio of barley to water to be used? Does excess water used before fermentation result into diluted beer? Also can we do the procedure without the use of sugar?

Beer 🍺🍺 ka testing ka vidio??
How long can it be stored in the fridge once the beer is done?
Good 🎉
Superb 👍👍👍
You can put 10 gms sugar in each bottles and let it do it work for corbonation.
Sugar or jaggery?
Sugar only
10 grams sugar in 330ml bottle is too much. It will blast. Don't add more than 4 grams. Maximum 5 for more carbonation
Hey loving the content!
Can you put a video on Stout and Wit beer.
Soon 😄
You have a clear concpt
thanks
When you have 1 ltr of malted sugar
