Thanks sooo much the only video that shows how to install the seals Great work!! I have the TW200 and just rebuilt the bottom end of a 225 and using the jug and head with the Wiseco High compression piston in it.. Looking forward to getting it back together..
I’ve got my intake rocker pin set good but the exhaust pin refuses to go far enough to get the head bolt in. The pins were extremely hard to remove too so unsure what I should do.
How hard have you tried to “persuade” it? 😅 that pin has an oring on it doesn’t it? Do you think that’s the correct size? I’d hate to recommend you tap it in with a hammer but maybe some respectful firm taps with a metal hammer might make it scoot in there? Make sure the tip is oriented correctly. If you decide to tap it in maybe find a short bolt that will bottom out on the head of the bolt and tap on that instead of the pin itself.
