I love the big cook ups and the 3 litre milks, wooden chopping boards, pasta makers and mincers appear out of that pack! I still laugh at the episode where the 2 of you demolished that nanny tahr over a couple of days of big feasts at that hut 😅😅😅 All great stuff!
You really are teasing Arved with this stuff, right? Forget the mincer, the pasta maker shows class! lol. Epic video. Loved it so much. More National Geographic than Nigella.... that's what I like about your video's, you seem to appreciate the scenery on the way. I'm so jealous, it looked like an awesome trip. But DOC and possums - up there, possums are in that high country, but there aren't any trees.
Thanks 😊. Just being out there enjoying the backcountry is the whole point for me 😁. Yeah there was a fair amount of possum poo, but didn't see any possums.
@@NZWildAdventures Forgot to say that I was impressed that you didn't even miss a beat with "attach your pasta maker to your rock". That was a genius line.
I anticipate a brand new cooking show evolving from this vid Tasman! Wha'do we call it? High Country Chef? Hotplate above the Snowline? I dunno mate, but some enterprising individual will come up with a decent title - I'm sure. Great video BTW.
Hey Rob, thanks mate! Anywhere from 15-30kilos on the way in, and 15-60kg (and 86kg once and never again) on the way out depending on what success was had on the trip! And on what silly non-hunting items I take in of course 😂
Lets talk about the dedication in taking a pasta maker on this mission
Yep he's a pack horse alright saying that he eats well better than any dehi meals
Hahaha can't beat fresh food 😁
Definitely Player of the Day award there 😂
The bro casually makes ravioli beside an alpine lake after packing the gear in. You're a character Tasman!
Hahaha thanks mate
This is brilliant. The scenery, the positivity, the music, the multiple camera shots making an epic meal. You are bloody good at what you do.
Thanks very much! Cheers for watching 😊

So when are we starting a cooking channel?
Let's goooo 🤣 seeing as the comedy part of the channel has left, may as well turn it into a cooking show eh 😉
You did start it, with that epic Burger. And I'm not entirely sure that the comedy part of the channel has left "Attach your pasta maker to a rock".
How are you duin
