Just heard that there is going to be a reboot of this great show but David Hyde Pierce isn't coming back. In my opinion, the perfect actor to replace him in that role with a gay twist to that character would be Sean Hayes since in real life David Hyde Pierce is gay himself. I think making Niles gay late in life would make a good storyline for that show.👍
My favorite is when Niles had a date and was entertaining her at Fraser’s apartment. He noticed a slight wrinkle in the crease of his pants and took out the ironing board in the iron while cooking the meal they were going to eat not a word is said it’s all physical humor. Absolutely hysterical! David Hyde Pierce was a treasure on that show.
Love love love Frasier and still watch it. All the characters compliment and feed one another and work together like a fine tuned machine. Niles is my favorite character, next to Daphne. But they’re all hilarious.
Martin's beloved chair goes over the balcony, landing at his feet while he walks on the street below. Gut-bustingly funny! THE best written sitcom of all-time. Hands down.
That one was called Ham Radio, and it is superb. It's a good stand alone episode in that I think someone who doesn't regularly watch the show could just enjoy that one for its quirky plot and physical comedy. It's a particularly good showcase for DHP's many acting talents. It's fast-paced and hilarious.
Yes that was one of the best episodes and how It reminds me of my boyhood in Surrey and a friend Nigel Fariservice as we use to go romping with my school chums in the fens and Spinnies. :)
Having Frasier on loop these last two years was the best therapy I could have had. 30 yrs later and it still holds up. Thank you. Please let there be a revival. Appreciate this piece very much;).
"Cheers" and "Frasier" are my all-time favorite shows. The writing was sharp, and both shows have had a tremendous impact on my life. Thanks to the creators and writers for bringing them to life.
Favorite episode of Frasier: Frasier is trying to fix Daphne up with a guy he doesn't know is gay and he has his eye on Frasier himself. Niles knows and takes Martin to the kitchen to tell him and you hear Martin laughing off screen. It cracks me up every single time
Cheryl, that is my all-time fave too! It's called "The Matchmaker." It is brilliant from start to finish. That scene with Martin and Niles laughing in the kitchen kills me every time.
Frasier was one of my favorite shows. It really was my weekly highlights! The cast worked so well together it honestly felt like, right from the very first show, they had all been together for YEARS! I miss that kind of quality.
Nicolas, that's one of my favorite episodes too! Something reminded me of it today, in fact. The quiche line...but my favorite moment is, "We own a pair of Giant Schnauzers," - I think that's when Niles, Daphne and Martin all head to the kitchen to lose it!
Frasier was absolutely the best written sitcom of all time. And the cast just a perfect compliment to each other. Some of my favorite episodes are ‘IQ’ where Fraiser and Niles meets for lunch with the 3 Nobel Prize winners. ‘A Tsar is Born’ where Frasier and Niles think they might be Romanoff descendants. ‘Out With Dad’ where Martin pretends he’s gay to keep from having to go out with a woman and hurting her feelings. ‘Bla-Z-Boy’ when Frasier accidentally throws Martins chair off the balcony. ‘The Doctor is Out’ when Frasier is mistaken for being gay. And ‘Boo’ where Frasier is counseling a nurse with a crippling fear of clowns and scares Martin into having a heart attack. I can watch all those just over and over. It would be wonderful to have Kelsey, David, Jane, Peri, Harriet Sansom Harris who played Bebe Glazer and so many more to do a reboot of Frasier!
It was "one of the best" but you can't forget about Friends! Friends was a different kind of show, but still, so funny and great actors who worked great together!
I spent years wanting to like Frasier and never being able to latch onto it, and then I saw one particular episode "Dial M for Martin" where it "clicked" and I was hooked. I then started from the beginning and watched every episode until the end, which took a while. In one of the weird ironies of my life, I ended up finishing the series with the episode "Goodnight Seattle" the very night before I packed up my entertainment center and moved out of Seattle in 2020 after living there my entire life.
One of my favorite episodes of Frasier was the part when Martin was piling his chair and accidentally spilled oil on Frasier's carpet. Frasier walks in and blows up on his dad accusing him of intentionally soiling the carpet...he tells his dad that there is no such thing as "accidents"..then Martin , with the oil can in his hand walks up to Frasier as says. " I know the difference between accident and intentional, that was an accident and this is intentional " ...as he sprays Frasier with oil all over his face..lol
One of my favorites episodes of the first season is when Daphne goes on a date with Bulldog, to a basketball game, and gets drunk in the limo. Bulldog encourages Daphne to get drunk because he thinks he's going to have sex with Daphne. Instead, Daphne is such an up noxious drunk, and she just rips Bulldog to pieces, making fun of everything about him including his height! When you think it doesn't get worse, she then she yells out the window insulting some angry fan. The scene turns into a road rage incident, where the fan yanks Bulldog out of the Limo and beats the hell out of him while she just keeps drinking away. Episode s1e14
By far one of the best American sitcoms ever. Intelligent witty writing and sublime performances by all involved. My three most favorite episodes are when the brothers decide to take over the restaurant when everything goes wrong, second the play Frasier wrote 'Nightmare on'... and finally the one I can't get enough off and the out of this world performance of David Hyde Pierce where he spots some lint on his trousers and decides to iron his pants setting the couch on fire...simply hilarious.... greatly missed now that they no longer make any sitcom worth watching anymore...
My favorite episode of Frasier was "Ham Radio" where the KACL crew tries to stage a radio mystery show. I remember completely losing it and laughing till my stomach hurt when Bulldog's dyslexic girlfriend read her line: "Look out, he's got a NUG!" Such a great show with wonderful writing and an amazing cast!
When I think of the last curtain call with “Eddie” it’s the most moving moment I can think of, the thought always brings me to instant and overwhelming tears of joy 😊
I go to sleep with Frasier on a loop for the past 7 years, when I first discovered the show. I'm pretty sure I've past way over 50 loops of the 264 episodes. It's so relaxing to fall asleep with it on the background.
The character of "Frasier" on Cheers was one of my favorites as I had a fascination with psychology and he'd always be saying really smart things about human nature and whatnot. And when I first heard they were going to be making a show called Frasier based on that character, I was over the moon. Never did I ever think it would turn out as brilliant as it did - surpassing the brilliance of the original show - Cheers (IMO). To this day, it is the only sitcom that I never get tired of watching - the writing is so intellectually funny, which is rare in t.v.
when Cheers was ending and I heard Frasier was getting the spin off, I was not expecting to love it more than I loved Cheers. Frasier is my all time favorite show and I watch it daily.
One of my favorite episodes was called Daphne's Room where Frasier got busted for going in there for an innocent reason , but then one day she came in and they were all in there Lol it was just crazy and absolutely hilarious 😅🥰
Niles prepping for a Valentines date at Frasier’s apartment. The couch catches on fire, he faints repeatedly at the sight his own blood (cut finger) and so much more. No dialogue, none needed - comedy GENIUS!!!
So many wonderful episodes....one of my favourites was the ski weekend where the ski instructor is hot for Niles, Niles is hot for Daphne, Daphne is hot for the ski instructor, her friend is hot for Niles, Martin is deaf for a while and no one is hot for Frasier but he is hot for Daphnies friend. Absolutely brilliant lol!
We've just started rewatching all 11 (?) Series ..... only the clothing and hairstyles indicate it wasn't written in 2022. Every episode is a perfect comedy gem in it's own right. Superb stuff. Even better now than it was back in the 90's 🙂
My favorite episode of "Frasier" is "The Innkeepers." The slapstick going on in the kitchen, and particularly when Roz stumbles in gasping, "Big blue flame. Cherries everywhere!" - Pure comedy gold.
Only sitcom box set CD I have ever bought. It makes me laugh and cry. Fav episode was the one with Captain Picard - Patrick Stewart - so funny but they all were -would love to see another series of this great show.
Frasier, got me through one of the toughest times in my life. It’s my all time favourite and I’m happy to say I have the box set. Again it’s helped me throughout lockdown. My all time favourite episode is when Martin ate the brownie with dope init, I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve watched it, with tears running down my face.
Absolutely loved all of this series and all the characters who worked so well together along with the outstanding writers. Even though they were all my favorite characters I really loved Rozs sarcasm, witty sense of humour, strength and independence along with her vulnerability. You just wanted to have her as a friend🥰
My favorite is The Lodge episode. They are all on a weekend stay at a winter lodge and everyone had romantic feelings for the wrong people but sadly nobody wanted Frasier!! 😢. As usual they were funny and witty and clever and the director and writers were perfectly in synch!! 🎉🎉
Thank you for making this vid for us nostalgic fans. Frasier and Niles trying to open up a restaurant is one of my all-time favs, also Ham Radio. Best spinoff of all time is correct !
Episode where Martin gets high on a pot brownie has gotta be in a top 10 list - so funny!😂 The ski lodge episode when they all confuse romantic intentions with one another, including Niles and the ski instructor - classic and hilarious! 😂
Thank you for the walk down memory lane, friend. My wife and I love Frasier and watch the series front to back every couple of years. We went to a taping of the new Frasier reboot, and you will not find a more humble, appreciate person than Kelsey Grammer. At the beginning of the taping, he spoke to the audience and thanked us for coming. He teared up as he fondly described the journey of the character Frasier, a well-meaning and flawed human being. Kelsey is a treasure. We adore the rest of the old cast from your video as well. RIP JM.
I watched the episodes that aired last night on CBS. it wasn't the same...but it wasn't bad. I miss the original actor who played Freddie, but I guess they wanted someone more typically handsome?
I love the episode where Niles is wondering if he would make a good father. So he carries a sack of flour around to see how responsible he would be with " a small bundle". All through the episode he keeps having mishaps with the flour sack. Well if he can't keep a flour sack safe. ...... how would he handle a baby? So hilarious.
We never watched Frazier when it was running. But we have started binge watching it on Hulu and are HOOKED! It is the funniest, most well written and well acted sitcom around! It is hilarious!!! I am constantly laughing at their antics!!
Both shows were fantastic. The first seasons with Diane were so good. Even after that, it was a great show. Woody brought it up to a higher level of fun. Frazier was the best. I can’t believe that Kelsey Grammar worked all those years in this “ franchise “. Sure miss them all.
Yeah one of the best sitcoms ever I wish they would bring it back I like the fact there was no kids in it it was more of a sitcom for adults that's what we really loved about it
When they bought the restaurant and the dessert exploded in Roz' face, and Niles preparing for his date and set the sofa on fire are by far my 2 best episodes. It's hard to choose as every episode brought me laughter and joy. Great escape when you want to forget the the worlds problems and just chill in a safe space for a while. I still binge watching the reruns back to back on a weekend
I just had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey Grammer at a Jersey Shore bar last weekend (Kelsey grew up in NJ). He was tending bar for charity, and took time to mingle with the crowd, sign autographs, pose for photos. Without a doubt one of the nicest people you'd meet, a total class act. If I had to pick a fav, I'd go with the entire final season. Frasier is one of those rare shows that went out on top; the show was still at it's peak with great acting and stellar writing.
My favorite season of Frasier is my favorite season of any show. It's the one where Niles tries to iron his pants, keeps passing out, and nearly burns down the apartment. I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe, and it gets me every time! Great recap of a fantastic show! Thank you!
Absolutely the best sitcom ever! So many favorite episodes I don't know that I could pick one. But one of my favorites was the one when Frazier dressed up like a clown and gave Martin a heart attack. But there were just so many great episodes and so many great characters It's hard to pick one
One fav I almost forgot was the episode when they went to Maris’ cabin and wrapped the dead whale in her nightgown. The clapper lamp scenes were hilarious
I have binge watched this maybe 3 or 4 times. It’s like comfort food.
True. Glimmer twins here
I just finIshed my second viewing. Going back for more!
i still binge watch this. everything is still as hilarious as i saw it the first time!
I love the show. I still return to it many times.
Definitely the best sitcom of all time.
Better than M.A.S.H.?
Without a doubt!!! 👍💜💓 My favorite sitcom of all time....
Hmmm.. Maybe if you're American and have never heard of or seen Lee Mack's "Not Going Out." which gets my vote as GOAT.
@@hudsonvie hands down

I absolutely love the episode where Niles sets fire to the sofa. It is one of the greatest sequences of all time in situation comedy.
Gawd yes.
He was just brilliant!
I had to keep rewinding throughout the entire episode because my crying laughter was blurring my vision
Three Valentines. The other 2 portions of the episode were rather bland compared to this one. He was amazing, without a word spoken.
My favorite too !
i can watch that scene over and over (and I do).
My favorite episode of all time!
The Innkeepers is way funnier. Uh, wait. The Seal. The Bird.
I was in so-much pain/laughing as-hard as I was. Brilliant!
That episode was hysterical 😂.
Mine too😂
Love love love Frasier and still watch it.
Hands down.
The episode where they did the radio drama had me literally crying on the floor laughing. "Look out!! He's got a nug!"
LOL!!!

I love the line "Would you two stand back to back please? I'm running low on bullets." and Roz giving her character's name as Mumph Mbphumhphm.
Yup...lol and Roz with her post dental work..blubbering " a multiple murderer"
best comedy ever!!!!! a laugh track a minute...when u have a sad day just watch Fraiser..

Do you know that I listen to reruns of Frasier every night, in order to put me to sleep? I have watched/listened to the episodes so many times.

I’ve always said Frazier was o e of the best written and the perfect actors playing the perfect characters. Absolutely great!
I just love that scene where you see Martin and Niles hysterically laughing in the kitchen.
No matter how many times I watch it, always burst out laughing. One my favorites.

That laugh is the funniest laugh ever!!!!!
Frasier was one of my favorite shows. It really was my weekly highlights! The cast worked so well together it honestly felt like, right from the very first show, they had all been together for YEARS! I miss that kind of quality.
One of my favorites was when Daphne had the psychic headache while Lilith was in town.
".... I'm a bit psychic" I loved that line, right from the start. ❤️
When Frazier was signing off and Lilith appeared at the window…aaaargh! That massive scream Frazier unleashed. Lol
Watch the episode yesterday!
It all cleared up when you see Lilith flight leaves Seattle 😂
Fraiser is one of my favorite sitcoms. The episode “Roz and the Schnoz” was one of the funniest 😂
I agree!
“Quiche her? I just met her!”
Nicolas, that's one of my favorite episodes too! Something reminded me of it today, in fact. The quiche line...but my favorite moment is, "We own a pair of Giant Schnauzers," - I think that's when Niles, Daphne and Martin all head to the kitchen to lose it!

A Tsar is Born is just the epitome of the show. A perfect episode
beyond any doubt
You listed all of my favorite Frasier episodes. Those were, by far, the best.
The one liners in the show were the funniest I’ve ever heard
It was "one of the best" but you can't forget about Friends! Friends was a different kind of show, but still, so funny and great actors who worked great together!

When he and Daphne are walking down the sidewalk and the smoking chair spatters 10 feet in front of them.
i love the scene where the chair gets set on fire and crashes to the sidewalk.
What season
One of my favorites episodes of the first season is when Daphne goes on a date with Bulldog, to a basketball game, and gets drunk in the limo. Bulldog encourages Daphne to get drunk because he thinks he's going to have sex with Daphne. Instead, Daphne is such an up noxious drunk, and she just rips Bulldog to pieces, making fun of everything about him including his height!
The episode with the play Frasier wrote is my favorite! Hilarious! I was just telling my wife the other day I wanted to watch that episode again.
Pierce is brilliant in the trousers episode!!
let me add....the one where the brothers started selling caviar and Roz got hooked.
3 of my favorites!! Especially the restaurant one! These 3 make me roar with laughter every time!!
totally agree! when the cherries jubilee blows up and roz walks into the kitchen - with that hair!

My favorite is The Lodge episode. They are all on a weekend stay at a winter lodge and everyone had romantic feelings for the wrong people but sadly nobody wanted Frasier!! 😢. As usual they were funny and witty and clever and the director and writers were perfectly in synch!! 🎉🎉
I love Wings as well as Frasier/Cheers.
Thank you for making this vid for us nostalgic fans. Frasier and Niles trying to open up a restaurant is one of my all-time favs, also Ham Radio. Best spinoff of all time is correct !
Episode where Martin gets high on a pot brownie has gotta be in a top 10 list - so funny!😂
The ski lodge episode when they all confuse romantic intentions with one another, including Niles and the ski instructor - classic and hilarious! 😂
Haha yes, and Niles thinks he's high!
Loved loved loved the show one of my favorite episodes is season 11 episode 11 High Holidays.
Looking forward to watching the reboot.
I ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️FRASIER 🙏COME BACK...I WATCH RERUNS DAY& NIGHT...NO JOKE🌹💐💯❤️❤️
We never watched Frazier when it was running. But we have started binge watching it on Hulu and are HOOKED! It is the funniest, most well written and well acted sitcom around! It is hilarious!!! I am constantly laughing at their antics!!
Hello how are you doing?
I love all of Frasier, how could you not!!! COME BACK PLEASE 😘😃
DoYou Remember? My Favorite was the One when the Aunt died and Faasier Sang with the Choir She's Such a Groovy Lady Dads Song at the Funeral.
That's a great one! Frasier's eulogy leading up to that moment is very funny too.
Love that show. The writing was outstanding. I love the wedding episode, when Daffney and Niles finally are together.
Hello how are you doing?
What a thoughtful recap. Good job. I like how you gave such care to each character especially Moose.
Both shows were fantastic. The first
seasons with Diane were so good. Even after that, it was a great show. Woody brought it up to a higher level of fun.
Frazier was the best. I can’t believe that Kelsey Grammar worked all those years in this “ franchise “.
Sure miss them all.
The one where they are all at the ski lodge is hilarious
Yeah one of the best sitcoms ever I wish they would bring it back I like the fact there was no kids in it it was more of a sitcom for adults that's what we really loved about it
Favorite episode when Frasiers fan club has a rally. So funny.
I loved the Frasier shows much more than cheers! I simply cannot wait to start watching the reboot.. I still watch the old re-runs😁
Hello how are you doing?
I still watch it every night and still laugh out loud!
One of my favorites is the one where Frasier and Niles buy a restaurant and almost everything goes wrong.
Best comedy ever!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
When they bought the restaurant and the dessert exploded in Roz' face, and Niles preparing for his date and set the sofa on fire are by far my 2 best episodes. It's hard to choose as every episode brought me laughter and joy. Great escape when you want to forget the the worlds problems and just chill in a safe space for a while. I still binge watching the reruns back to back on a weekend
Me too.
My favorite episode was the one where Niles was ironing is suit and forgot the iron.... laughed so hard!!!! Brilliant!
I'm still loving the re-runs.....still making tossed salad and scrambled eggs, one of my favorite dinners.
Thank you!
I did the same the few times I saw that scene! It is one of the funniest scenes of ANY show, let alone Frasier.
