- I've been meaning to make a video like this, and since everyone is at home, now seems like the perfect time. Here are some of the healthiest fast food delivery options that are available nationwide. The crown goes to Chipotle, in my opinion they are not only one of the tastier options but certainly one of the more healthy options for fast food. People love Chick-fil-a, but if you read the ingredients it is pretty troublesome, which is why I would stick with grilled chicken options and the kale salad. I contacted Chick-fil-a asking if they have plans to remove MSG from their crispy chicken items. They did respond and said they are working on removing MSG from their menu! Woo Hoo!!

Just FYI, I personally have a family member that was very sick last week, coughing, difficulty breathing and weakness. He was forced to work preparing food for takeout. I highly suggest people stop getting takeout, you dont know who is preparing your food . Be careful.

I think that you give good advice.
The only thing I have issue with is that I don’t necessarily agree with the comments about beans.
I think that it’s perfectly sensible to avoid being that you’re eating a keto diet or a Paleo diet.
Some of us eat very little meat or no meat at all so even if beans have some starch, they have protein and fiber as well which is an ideal option for some of us.
Rice definitely does have arsenic, but so do apples and other types of produce.
The arsenic actually comes from the soil and groundwater that the produce is grown in.
I do agree with you that it’s important to be mindful of matter food choices, but different food choices depend on your lifestyle overall. Thanks for your videos!

Believe it or not, many of your viewers don't like to cook. Even though we like to watch you cook :) So we really appreciate these kind of videos. Realistically, its how we eat most of the time.

Ikr....no clue why so many area STILL eating out....are they that lazy or useless in the kitchen? they do realize that people are making their food...not to mention people who make a small income...who are most likely to continue going to work even if they got sick because many can’t afford not to work....
I say meal planning for 2-4 weeks and taking one big grocery trip for everything you need to cook at home is way safer than continuing to buy at restaurants, delivery or not. The fact that restaurants are still open at all is testimony to how many people can’t or don’t want to make food for themselves.

Jen Tuesday I do agree!!! I would not risk it. I haven’t left the house for 10 days. Not risking it!!! I am pretty content. I work from home, have food, Internet, TV, Netflix, heat. Don’t see what the big drama is in staying home. It won’t be forever if we ALL do it!!!
@@msmreviews8408 I went to McDonald's right before the quarantine. Just a bunch of teenagers goofing around. My food was old and stale. Realized I'd rather not risk getting sick over eating out.

This was a great video. I might add a few more. 5 guys does a burger wrap, Wingstop has some amazing choices, and pieology is doing a chicken crust pizza. I've been doing doordash keto style before this lock down.

After watching hiden videos of delivery drivers secretly eating a portion of the foods we order, I don't trust delivery anymore. I'm too paranoid to order delivery. I'd rather cook at home.

It got really warm here recently and I had been meaning to make paleo Tuscan chicken stew but I just couldn’t stomach the idea of stew in the heat so on my one weekly outside the house grocery run I got some arugula and veggies and hummus to make a bunch of Mediterranean chicken salads with chicken I had in the freezer. I found a new Annie’s dressing that I love and appears totally Bobby approved. It’s the Tuscany Italian dressing and it has balsamic vinegar, sun dried tomatoes, and herbs and it’s soooo good! It’s got a nicely emulsified texture because of the purées sun dried tomatoes so it would even make a good dipping sauce.

This was great video, because when everyone was panic buying and I’m part of the vulnerable population and wasn’t able to get much groceries so we had to turned to fast food for a few lunches.

Yeah buddy! Let's keep the food shops open. I went to In-N-Out yesterday and they have the operation GOING here in Phoenix! Long car line snaking around the lot, but it went FASTFASTFAST. Take a quarantine drive and get a take out lunch.

Yeah. I don't understand why people think getting food that someone else prepared is safe right now. Agreed about wrappers and bags, if someone sneezed or coughed in the building....guess what? It lands somewhere! In my city an employee at Chick fil A tested positive for the virus. I wonder how many people were infected because of that ONE employee.

Boon Doggle I haven’t ordered take out because of the coronavirus but if I did/do I will be taking the food out of the bags and containers immediately and disposing them. I’ll put the food on my plates and/or my own containers and wash hands prior and after eating.

Yes! I washed them in vinegar. Better than nothing.
@@wsue1038 : I sprayed the box with vinegar and teatree oil before picking up . Took out the veggies and washed with salt and vinegar , soaked in warm water for 30 min . Cleaned the entire floor with bleach and dumped the cardboard immediately. Took a bath after that.

We don’t usually eat fast food and we are looking for some distractions and been cooking at home for ever and we started keto about three years ago took a break from it and it would be great to try different foods and suggestions that are a little healthier so also really funny what you say about the dipping sauce it would not put those chemicals in my body LOL

Hey Bobby I’m a new subscriber from Canada and been watching your RUclips videos about 6 months now. Thanks for all your great info. I finally found an organic 3.5% balkin style yogurt made with grass fed cows. I know it’s not Greek but this is the first one I’ve found made from grass fed cows and also organic made by Olympic in Canadian west coast. And it only cost my $9.99 for 1.75 kg container which is 3.86 pounds on sale yesterday. The only ingredient that I’m not sure why they use is skim milk powder ? Is that make it a no go on this product ?
