    We never used mustard. Egg, olive oil, anchovy paste, worschteshire sauce, parmesan cheese, and seasoning. I think thats all.💕

    What do you mean by traditional?
    I have had it at Caesar’s bar & grill in Tijuana where it was invented. They don’t use capers.
    Additionally, why ruin a nice salad, especially a caeser with store-bought croutons?
    These need to be made from scratch

      The reason why people don’t generally credit Mexico with the recipe is the first known chef to make it was an Italian who worked in Tijuana.

    This isn't traditional. No capers, Dijon, anchovies (already in Worcester sauce) or Tabasco. It does look pretty good regardless though

      First made at the Caeser hotel in Mexico by an ITALIAN IMMIGRANT Chef.
      And the accordion is deeply ingrained into Mexican culture and traditional Mexican music. It was introduced to Mexico by GERMAN IMMIGRANTS that also started Mexico's now famous beer industry.
      The "native" Mexicans aren't responsible for much in their own culture besides the cultivation of maize and peppers.

    This isnt the original Caesar salad. That was invented in Tijuana Mexico in the 1920s and this salad does not look over 100 years old.

      If you would know the biography of Caesar Cardini. You would know he learned cooking in italy and had multiple restaurant in america, his food was italian rooted, Caesar salad is ITALIAN, its not because it was created in Tijuana it has to be mexican 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
