I love that John is here cause he's always putting some random produce in his recipes and this time, I think that would be great. Always great to see Daniel and especially Saul as well.

Great job to the producers on these.
I feel like John's salad was the closest to a true caesar salad, Saul's salad looks amazing despite it having so many changes that it's not even a true caesar salad anymore, and Daniel's salad with it's tahini, cranberries and pumpkin seeds, etc., is like what a white housewife in her forties would eat after pilates while the kids are with the nanny.
@@arsenijereshkovich8774 Apparently some people think a Caesar salad means, “I’ll add whatever I want to the salad and call it a Caesar salad at the end”.
Well I think Saul for the Caesar Salad one is a good choice, considering Caesar Cardini, an italian immigrant to America, invented it at his restaurant in Mexico, and Saul is a Mexican immigrant to the US. Also any video with Saul is a good choice because he has the best personality of all the pro-chef's here and is a delight to watch

Those are interesting salads Daniel and Saúl made, and I would absolutely eat them with great enjoyment, but I can't call them Caesar salad after all their changes.
Saul basically made a more Mexican version of a Caesar which was invented in Mexico so I don’t really see a problem with that, Daniel on the other hand took something that can not be vegan and made it vegan which makes it something completely different
Then is Mexican salad, nothing to do with Caesar salad. I understand to change something similar and one thing only but he made totally another salad. Still I'm sure it is tasty
I think that if you pointed out to Saul that you don't need to put avocado in every recipe, he'd reply: "Yes, but why wouldn't you?" And I am totally ok with that.
