Thank you so much for a cardio video. I would welcome a standing cardio video also. Today its a rainy windy day in Ohio so i didn't go out for a walk. This helped. Now I'll do one of your additional videos.

Already been through a few of your videos and love it. Like I stated in one of the other videos I appreciate the seated exercises for recovery from a car accident. Wow and whew, what a thorough challenging workout...and I made it! The part when you incorporated the shoulder/body movement transported me to a pretend punching bag! The final shoulder stretch was a welcomed ending after this fast-paced boxing. It's also the opening stretch in your evening stretch routine which I do every night along with your morning and EVERY DAY stretches. Again...wow! Anastasia

Hi Mike, Have bookmarked this and will do it tomorrow morning! I have done my warm ups, stretches and exercises for the day + a km walk! I know Anzac day is special for Australia and NZ. I shall be baking some Anzac biscuits later today. I have a common interest as a grandfather, who died before I was born, was with the Essex Regiment at Gallipoli in 1915/16. He lost a knee cap and what we now know as PTSD - leaving my grandmother to bring up two boys alone!
Hey Ian. Interesting story of your grandfather. Blessed we don't have to live in such a time. You're doing really well with the exercises, staying consistent, good to see.. Let me know how you went with the new workout and enjoy your Anzac biscuits (I didn't get to have any this year).

Been with your exercises for a few months now and find them excellent. Also passed the word on to others.Discovered posture exercises recently so adding those to my routine. At 82 I try not to overdo it but alternate the exercises throughoutthe week.

Well it has been a lovely morning here 20C + and wall to wall sunshine so a good day to honour the Anzacs!
I tried the boxing exercise and managed all of it and it exercised just about everything by the feel of it!! It was good at getting the arms and shoulders well exercised and also the cardio pulse much faster! One to add to the regular menu!

All of your videos are excellent, and this one is particularly fun! If possible, please keep up the boxing workouts! (My family saw me doing this and suggested that I get a punching bag and tie it to a strong tree branch in the backyard because I was enjoying following along with this so much. I think I'd need gloves too!)

So glad I found this. I was doing a regular heavy bag workout till I got sidelined with a knee injury. This is a great substitute while my knee heals up, and when I ease back to the heavy bag I'll incorporate this into my routine. Thanks!

Instead of sitting, I stand so that I can run, march, walk or side-step with each of the arm movements. By doing so I confident that it's improving my cardio fitness. Am I alone in standing? Curious. Joy, age 80, Abbotsford, BC, Canada.
Good pace for seniors. But what about jabs, hooks, and modified bob and weave?
Feet could use patters too with or without arms? All modified with shorter ROM: jumping jacks, shuffles front back both feet moving at once, and jump rope? Another fun one is the speed bag. These are done in the classes I take- all seated
I found this to be very easy- if I were elderly probably perfect. At age 62 I’d like more “action.”

Enjoying your exercise videos very much . I have added hand weights to increase challenge. I am using a two pound hand weights. Too protect shoulders is there a limit on how heavy the hand weights should be?
Yes keep the weights lighter for this one Robin. I don't recommend going heavier than this and make sure you're in good posture throughout. Keep up the good work!

which exercises get rid of belly fat .I am not overweight but have a round belly and wants to reduce this..I have been doing core exercises but they do not seem to help.

You should never feel pain Manijeh. You should feel the arms working! Maybe too easy for you :) 💪

I like the exercises but HATE the puncuation of 'guys' in every sentence. At least half of us are ladies and not guys. .Such a pity you feel compelled to dothis. It is putting me off.
