Did this cardio on a hot day, and it certainly warmed me up, I also discovered that I need to do more cardio, and challenge myself more. Great workout :)Jan
He is a lot better than most exercise videos where explanations take up a huge amount of time. Usually I spend the time marching in place until he is done with his introduction speech which is necessary for newbies to get acquainted with his program.

You most probably haven't seen that in the description of each video I write "To get straight into the exercises go to #:##".. If you click on the time it will start the video from where the exercises start (the warm-up). You'll find this below the exercise list of the video description. I list the exercises in the video description so once the exercises are learned with safe technique, the routines can be followed without the videos. Hope that helps you to keep moving and keep it up! :) Mike
