Red leather bed cushions and leather front seats would look awesome! It goes with the van exterior, the plaid Scottish fabrics, and the dark trim carpet. Cabinets are looking great.

I'm loving this one. It's great to see your 'finish' in a small space. I have a SWB Vivaro that I semi converted myself and it would look so much better if you'd done it. Next time we buy a new van I know where I'm coming.

The change of direction on the kitchen units keeping the cupboard height below window level and a long top - spot on. Clearly you are all enjoying this van conversion thats plain to see. Like the little attention to detail even on the bits that won't be easily seen or seen at all like finishing and carpeting oh and the practical issues like holes on the cupboard doors rather than handles.
Looking forward to seeing the final article and of course perhaps a finish painted vehicle in the future (if it is going to be painted).

Your old door design is better with lines on than just plain.
Have you thought about mitered door frames with tongue and groove centre?

Ceiling does look ace, all of the interior does. You should be an artist with those "blueprints" ^_^ bet you've been loving the challenge of something different, try not to buy one haha

They are just standard LED strips from amazon

That's looking ace. How do you fix the strips of wood to the ceiling? Is it just with carpet adhesive?

Think the sliding door is from a panel van, that’s why there is a gap, the bus looks great. Quick question, what glue did you use to bond the wood onto the ceiling and is the ply the lightweight stuff? It looks great 👍
The ply is light weight 15mm maple finish ply.
I used ct1 on the ceiling to bond the battens to
Liam...Nice bus...has anyone told you your bus would originally been a panel van so no factory windows..that means the inner window sills do not exist hence the gap..pain in the ass..you'll have to fix wood batons or something to cover then cover them..Good luck with jt 😊

That space that you call the void next to the bed can't a little sliding door go there . When the beds up in seat mode you can still get access into the void space instead of going in through the cat flap hole...

You must go through so much battoning wood! It's expensive. I can get you 100 lengths between 750mm-900mm long for £30. Ideal for making cupboards etc.

It was a panel van at some point in its life Liam and it had windows put in many moons ago, hence the badly cut sliding door unfortunately .
